Sales guy was nice, named *****. But I told him I didnt like the 17% interest (they never told me the interest until they handed the contract) and he said no problem come back tomorrow and well give you a better deal. I took time off work to go in & they present me a 23% interest. Why on earth would you tell me you have a better deal and make me go in and offer me a worse deal?! The finance guy was so rude and dismissive, it felt like discriminationmore like racism. He didnt even bother looking at our bank statements to see the cash deposits as proof of income he completely dismissed it meanwhile that is exactly how we bought 2 new vehicles a couple years prior so we know its possible. He never offered to make a better offer or anything, once we said that was too high of an interest he said okay and folded up the contract and threw it away. *** never felt so looked down on. I will never come back, and I will Ill warn people about the customer service provided here.

I went with my daughter to peoria Honda to pick up her honda pilot, I had been looking at SUVs so we decided to look around, I found this red ****** Rogue 2018 that had a price on it under 24 thousand and was ****** miles on it. I traded my **** Taurus in for ******* and paid an additional *******, my biggest mistake was not making the finance manager explain everything, Im 75 and think everyone is Honest, not so, I signed all the paperwork and was very excited about my new car, after things settled down I looked at my contact I signed, my bill was ******, I took it back to the dealer and a different finance manager looked at it, they added different charges on there snd didnt go over any of them except the extended warranty which should not have cost 11 thousand dollars, he also put the sticker price higher, we had taken a picture of it. My advice is not to trust the salesman or the finance manager, make them go over everything and read the bottom line before you sign!

I have used Arrowhead Honda for servicing my Honda CRV for 5 years. I had only good experiences with the service department. It made perfect sense to me to give the sales staff a chance for a sale when I was looking for a new vehicle. The internet sales managers, ***********************, sent me a couple vehicles with an online price that was a good price. We went into the sales room to work out a deal. After spending over 2 hours of back and forth negotiations the sales staff said the price they sent me was a typo. They blamed Honda. It was a typical bait and switch tactic. They tried to make up the difference in price by quoting me a very low price for my trade in. They said *************** book lies about the value of a car because it makes money by sending people to the dealers. The whole incident left a sour taste in my stomach. Is their no honesty or integrity any more ?

The old Bait and Switch game at Arrowhead Honda, Peoria. Arrowhead Honda of Peoria, advertised on their website a ****, Honda CR-V EX Stock # ****** for MSRP of: $32,407. With a discount of $1,383 from the original MSRP of $33,790. Since the vehicle( CR-V EX arrived at Arrowhead Honda, Peoria, our sales men, "********************************" confirmed the price, after he presented it to his Sale Manager and they both agreed to Honor the Advertised price of: $32,407 and the deal moved forward to ************************* (Financial ******************** on 11/03/2023, with our Honda Car Salesman, ******************************** present. *****(my wife), *******(my 25-year-old Granddaughter and me, encouraged into doing the Paperwork and document signing, ASAP. In fact, all was completed in "record time" and we were on our way.That is, until reviewed and discovering the "Bait and Switch" of the advertised MSRP of $33,790 instead of the $32,407 discounted price advertised. My family has been back at Arrowhead Honda, Peoria multiple times since, to correct this over charge error. Sadly, all we get is the round around, as Sales says, see ************** but the ************* says see *********** and we sit at Arrowhead Honda Dealership, sometimes for as long as an hour, but no assistance in correcting and honoring the sale price. *************************************, *************************.

Purchased vehicle through dealer on 10/02/23. Purchased add on items from dealer (dashmat, floor mats, and car seat covers). Received a call from dealer saying they dont recommend items purchased. Spoke to salesman, he said hed find out. Went to dealer, spoke with them again and again did not recommend. Went to finance to get refund, finance manager grabbed total. Went upstairs and came back and said items were ordered. Not true, just passed the buck because he was lazy. Spoke to salesman, he said hed fix and get check issued. Via text was informed. Check would be issued and ready. Called following day transferred around to voicemails, did not get check. Called again, and wouldnt you know no check. This has been going on for multiple weeks. Dealer at this point not worth headache. Also either I am being lied to or they are incompetent. I would not recommend dealer. Still no refund, now its everyone is off on a Friday and I have to wait until Monday. Dont go here.

Do not do business with this crooked company. They attempted to steal $2,516.04 from me. It wasn't until I informed them that I was in the process of submitting my complaint to the attorney general that they paid the money owed. I purchased a brand new CRV. 6 months later I was in an accident which resulted in my car being totaled. I had purchased *** insurance and and extended warranty. When the insurance paid out I was upside down. No problem because I had *** insurance. I was told that *** wouldn't cover the extended warranty cost or the cost of the *** insurance itself and that I would need to cancel both policies and have the pro-rated money applied to the loan. I did what they said. The money for the *** insurance was sent to my lender but the extended warranty money was never credited. When I called and asked the warranty company why they hadn't credited my warranty funds they informed me that the dealership canceled the warranty last month on the 10th and HAD THE MONEY PAID TO THEM AND NOT MY LENDER!!When I tried calling them to resolve this issue I was sent to voice mails with no return call. It wasn't until I informed the desk lady that I needed to talk to someone in order to complete my forms for the attorney general that I actually got a person on the phone.This company will take every opportunity to steal your hard earned money. If you decide to do business with them be warned they will do everything they can to rip you off.

I have been a Honda customer since ****. Recently I wanted to purchase a brand new vehicle so I went in to Arrowhead Honda. In the course of doing business with Arrowhead Honda, I was consistently LIED TO, BULLIED, PUSHED AROUND, DECEIVED, NEGLECTED, and then dropped completely with no further help or remedy despite repeated requests from the receptionist all the way up to the highest management. The worst person in the place was "Dino", who is a salesman but represented himself as the "General Manager" to trick me into doing business with him. I was entered into a loan agreement for a Honda Civic Sport (MSRP $24,000) for a contractual obligation of $43,000! These people have ignored me, lied to me, kicked me out of the dealership when the deal was finalized against my wishes with missing signatures and no explanations. Not only that, they shopped my loan around endlessly despite my excellent credit score causing a high amount of inquiries on my report. I hope that anyone who reads this will see what horrible and unprofessional people Arrowhead Honda employ and will drive miles out of their way to avoid them. I will be screaming this from the mountaintops in an effort to keep other unsuspecting auto purchasers from being victims of Arrowhead Hondas deceitful and underhanded business practices.

Went in to buy a new car. Explained what I wanted. After I felt they couldnt deliver I left. Was called back to sign paperwork and put deposit down on vehicle as they stated it was too late to finish bank process. After being told deal was done ahd my money being taken I then waited over a week after removing everything from my old car that now mysteriously bank is wanted more money down even though they took my money under false pretenses stating bank accepted my deposit. Now I still have yet to get the refund and I wasted lots of my time dealing with this crooks. Really bad staff, finance manager is useless and a ***** as well.
