      Went in to fix a oil leak and its a visable oil leak upon dropping my car off we made verbal agreement that if the extended warranty did not cover this that I would pay ***** for the diagnostic fee so now I got the call that this isnt covered under the extended warranty and this repair is 1200$ I said ok ** but I wish not to have you repair this so Ill be in to get my car and pay you *****$ well they then said that its now 1*****$ for a diagnotic fee not the ***** we agreed upon so I feel like they scammed me by charging more for this diagnostic fee cause I said Im not going to get it fixed there I feel like they are changing amount since Im not getting it fixed there and they arent making money off my repair and in turn also didnt make money off my diagnosis most likely they assumed I was going to pay for the repair as Ive had repairs done there prior to this.

      Since February 2024, I have been seeking rental car reimbursements from Audi. Last I spoke with *************************, General Manager he stated the reimbursement would take a few weeks to process. It's now been several months, I have not received an update or reimbursement. I've called the dealership, left voicemails for *****, emailed ***** several times, called *****'s cell phone, left voicemails - no response. I would like the reimbursement of $2062.37 processed and paid immediately.

      Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention. The customer is in contact with the management team to resolve their concerns. Because a loaner could not be provided during repairs, Audi offered to reimburse the customer for their rental cost.

      The response is correct and we were promised a reimbursement from Audi.  However, it's been almost two months since the last communication from ************************* with no update on when the funds would be received.  I've attempted to contact the manager with little to no response. 

      Emailed ************************* receipts on 03/08/24 - no response.
      Emailed ************************* on 03/18/24 - no response.
      Emailed ************************* on 03/24/24 - no response.
      Emailed ************************* on 05/24/24 - no response.
      Emailed ************************* on 06/03/24 - no response. 

      ************************* called me on 06/05/24 stating Audi was in town and he would have an update Friday morning.

      ************************* text me 06/06/24 at 9:41 am stating, "Please call when you are available this morning."  I called ***** immediately, no answer.  I text ***** at 9:46 am, "*****, this is *************************.  Got your message, please call when you can."  No response from *****.

      I text ***** at 10:30 am on 06/07/24, no response.  I also called ***** at 10:30 am, no answer.  I called the store, left a message with reception, no call back.

      I text ***** at 10:19 am on 06/11/24, no response. I also called ***** at 10:17 am, no answer.

      The customer and General Manager did not have the correct contact information, but are now in communication so the customer may receive the proper assistance in obtaining their reimbursement. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

      Had an alignment done in December of 2023 and upon receiving my car back, my cluster portion of my car that shows the digital MPH was no longer correlating with my speedometer. At a stop, the digital reads 20mph or any random number. Thought it just needed time to reset but didn't so I called in January to make an appointment but the soonest was in February. The first time I went, they didn't have a loaner car and was told it could take hours since my "car problem wasn't a priority." So I kindly re-scheduled, the next time around there was a loaner car available however they needed to charge me over $200 for a diagnostic review. ******, the front desk associate said he couldn't do anything about it and so I texted him that day to see if he had a direct number or email to any managers and he has yet to respond. I called the shop recently to asked to be transferred to the service manager and was told she was going to transfer me to the manager named *****, however all I got was a voicemail that said it was a "non-working number." Left a ****** review with no feedback from them. It's already March and I have yet to hear anything. They want to charge me $200 for something I didn't do. I didn't come in with this problem. They ran a diagnostic test on my car before they did an alignment and was told everything was fine except for maybe to monitor one of my breaks in the near future. On top of this, there has been no phone call, no text, not even an acknowledgement on ******.

      Audi of peoria broke my sunroof and has told me I should seek repairs from other dealers.

      We did not break his sunroof. It was not working prior to the customer's arrival.

      Due to the customer's volatile comments and angry behavior, for safety purposes, our Service Director has asked the customer to have his repairs completed elsewhere.

      We are requesting that this complaint be closed.

      The sunroof was not able to close prior to arrival at the ***************** of the members at the dealership forced the sunroof closed further damaging the sunroof and now it rattles.  I witnessed the support person force the sunroof closed myself.  It made a very loud pop when it closed and now it's rattling.

      The vehicle was further damaged by the negligence of the technician that forced the sunroof closed.  

      Further, while my tone was elevated there was nothing that was said to imply a safety concern.

      Issue is regarding customer support with company and services. I have had issues with their support team not being able to deliver on promises and holding vehicle for days without starting any work as described. Biggest complaint is it is impossible to get a hold of anyone at this location. I have called nearly every day since early November to have my warranty canceled which I was told they would do after the last issue with the service center. I have never received any paperwork that was supposed to be sent, but am always assured someone is working on it but that person is always with another customer and will call back and never does. I call 3-4 times a week and they either don't answer or I get that they'll leave so and so a message and they'll call me and I have never been called back in several months. Every month I am losing money on this item they said they would cancel and they are scamming me at this point.

      I took my 2018 Audi Q3 in for service the clock spring in the steering wheel was broken. The repairs were completed and I paid $821.57. I should have not been billed since this was covered under my extended warranty. A oversight on the tech side. They agreed they owe me the refund and acknowledged their error. Its been since Nov 28 and still no refund. I have had a few follow emails with no response. I just wanted my refund. Thank you.
