Their company/representative broke my reverse osmosis and installed a replacement product recently and they are not warranting their product. I called them in August to fix a leak in their system (which I paid over $100 for a service call and after I returned from my vacation, I discovered the system was still leaking. Not only did they not fix the earlier problem, but they did not warranty their product nor did they warranty their last (so call) service call. They ignored me and they were abusive and rude. All I want is for them to be responsible and do the right thing!! I have the canceled checks and I will furnish them upon request.Business response

Thank you for your information. After checking our records, in February of ************************************************************* fact break a part. To make that right and on the next day, we replaced the entire unit. In August, we were called out again due to what was believed as a leak. The RO system was found to be in good working order and it was noted that there are multiple ice makers hooked up which would cause it to work overtime, this was explained and the trip charge was paid in full with no cancellations. We take great pride in our work and in the conduct of our staff and do feel like we've handled this situation timely and fairly. Thank you for the opportunity to respond.
