Unfortunately, same as other customers, voice mail indicates will return voice mail by end of next business day at latest never never did. Tried to call twice, left voicemails that were never returned, texted message that wasn't returned. Will be placing a request through Groupon to have money refunded.Review from Angela P

I had three appt scheduled with **** and drove there twice to a locked office after sitting there for about 15 minutes decided to call her to be told i cancelled all my appt today due to my vacation and groupon should have let you know i told her that wasnt the case i had heard nothing and please let me know when i can reschedule. I had another appt for my daughter on 12/21, called her to be told all spots were cancelled again due to her being sick. Promised that groupon was a joke and shes dropping them took no responsibility. Told me she would schedule direct with me once she felt better na dead to say its 1/14 and ive heard nothing!Review from DS P

After this business being late for scheduled appointments, and not honoring appointment twice, this business should be flagged for poor service and a warning to others to make another choice for your skincare needs. Hope you don't have to go through driving there twice and instead of a relaxing facial, you get excuses from an unprofessional business who does not honor their appointments, they were late and double booked the second time without taking any responsibility. There are so many good places, this unfortunately is not one of them. I would rather be writing a glowing review after a wonderful facial, but instead I am warning to avoid this business.
