To whom it *** concern, My family and I have been without A/C since May 30th 2024. Forty seven days with multiple visits to our home, Cool Blew cannot diagnose/fix our A/C system properly. We are in triple digit temperatures, My wife and I have two children, one of our children is disabled. My wife has had major shoulder surgery, and cannot leave our home. Not Cool Blew's fault, but I would like to document this, as this has affected there ability to stay in our home.The last visit we were told we would have to wait an additional 10 days for a part to be ordered/arrive, that *** or *** not fix the issue. There has been zero communication, thus far. I just called Cool Blew today. 07/16/24 The associate told me they will try and send someone to there parts warehouse today to see if the part arrived. I kindly asked the representative to please have a manager speak with me, he shared there wasn't one available.Cool Blew was also contracted last year, from our home warranty company OneGuard. Cool Blew's technician last year misrepresented my home warranty company to believe by stating our home has a detached Casita, and thus created One Guard home warranty to deny our claim. I fought that and was eventually overturned with OneGuard months later. I had to pay thousands out of pocket last year and have still not been reimbursed. You can clearly look up our home online, and or tour our home as that is not accurate.Please adviseBusiness response

Cool Blew was contracted by One Guard Home Warranty to work on the unit that was not cooling. There was originally an issue with the compressor which was replaced. Shortly after the compressor was replaced, the unit quit working again. We found that the *** valve which meters the refrigerant was restricted. The equipment manufacturer did not have any ***'s available, so we had to order the part from the manufacturer which unfortunately took a couple of weeks to receive it. We received the *** valve on 07/16/2024. We called to schedule and agreed on the install date of 07/19/2024. We installed the new *** valve. The system is operating properly once we were done replacing the faulty ***. Cool Blew unfortunately has no control over parts being available for HVAC units. Cool Blew repaired the unit as soon as the part became available to us. Cool Blew also discounted the out-of-pocket charges that were not covered by One Guard Home Warranty due to the inconvenience of waiting for the new *** to arrive.

Please reference ID# ******** - *** at Cool Blew left me a voice message on **** -- at the time of his voice mail I was under and having a medical procedure done (Wednesday) and then had a couple days of healing. I called the first thing the following Monday **** and of course no one has ever returned my call and there has NOT been a resolution. When *** called he told me that he could only speak to me if I returned his call within THREE hours of him calling me. What business believes that people even hear their voice mail within that time frame - completely unprofessional. The email that I received from BBB said that if I did not respond then they would assume that the problem was not resolved and so that is why you did not receive a response from me. I am adding to the complaint as Per my signed contract that I paid in full - I was supposed to receive a rebate of ****** which I have not received. And this may sound trivial but at this point I feel like holding them to everything that was promised - cookies to be delivered also. 1. Honeywell thermostat has never been installed and no one has returned my calls to get it scheduled - **** reply is not an honest one 2. Water damage to tenants property has not been addressed 3. $****** rebate has not been received 4. cookies have not been delivered. I would like to either reopen or have this be a new complaint against Cool Blew. After 7 visits to the property that either my tenant or myself had to take off work to accomodate and no returned phone calls they are the worst company I have ever had to deal with. At this point I will be writing reviews on your site and others regarding the non service and broken contract from Cool Blew.Business response

I talked to ****** and all of her concerns have been addressed. We will schedule the thermostat installation when it works for the tenant. We will reimburse the tenant for the damaged toiletries. I will look into the gift check and cookies to verify that both have been taken care. ****** is satisfied with the resolution to all of the issues.
