To be exact and short, the customer service with this company ***** like h*** I never been to h*** but just put it as a metaphor. I made an appointment for the second time and nothing got accomplished. The person that was supposed to come between 730 and 1230 did not show up on time so I waited for him to come a little later and I call cool blew customer service and told them to cancel the appointment. They are not thorough. They they are not a good company. I suggest anybody that called them or have a company such as fidelity use you guys big mistake. Theyre diagnostics is quite accurate and they will not come back and resolve the problem as soon as possible, I am a person that is on kidney dialysis. First thing they tell you is to turn your AC off in ******* ******* during the summer if it is broke for ******************************************************** to turn off my AC so they can come and do a proper diagnosed. This is a sad company anybody that use this company you were in trouble now maybe they do good on plumbing or something but air conditioners and Phoenix ******* dont use them. I talk to one customer service that was a male. He had me almost come up to the job to handle him. Personally I cant talk to no manager no manager will not call not even the owner so that lets me know the owner of this business ***** like h*** too dont use Cool Blew in **************. I have more to say but no need.

There are not words to say how incredible this company has been in helping this poor old widow woman with her air conditioner. Each technician who came out to my house was very friendly, professional, great people skills. They were always on time. Repairs were made quickly. I know this because they told me how long it would take.This company went above and beyond when helping me with the cost of parts needed to get my air conditioner working in August. I did not tell them I was a widow. They made the decision to help with the cost after I said I could not afford the cost for the parts. I call that giving back to the community. I call that sharing their good fortune.My husband was HVAC certified and he chose this company when he could no longer get on the roof. He knew the parts and what they cost from his work. He trusted them. They have serviced the air conditioner for the last five years.

Cool Blew raves about their stellar customer service. Wow! I strongly suggest if you need a plumber, do NOT call Cool Blew.I asked Cool Blew to address 2 issues. 1) Replace the cartridges because the shower handles could not turn, 2) Address why I was no longer getting any cold water though I had no issues in other places in my home. The technician I asked for did not show up for the initial appointment and his colleague did not either and asked me to send him pictures. After 2 1/2 months of no cold water in the master bedroom shower, I fired Cool Blew. In fact, when I inquired with other plumbers and plumbing supply companies what perhaps was causing the issue of no cold water, the plumbing technician did not want to hear or listen to what others had to say.I found him arrogant and not wanting to perhaps learn from others who may have more experience and expertise. Additionally, I also found he did something unethical while I was his customer. I immediately contacted the Owner of the company (he was out on a call) and I was told he would contact me later that day or the next day. The owner never called me back. He lied to me.Another much better professional plumber already resolved my cold water issue.
