Valley environmental sold us a water softener system with a lifetime warranty. And apparently they are no longer in business. They gave no notice to their customers or offered options for the lifetime warranty for coverage and maintenance of the system. Horrible that they did not notify any of their customers that they were closing. Now how are we suppose to get our lifetime warranty and maintenance ?

Its on here literally spelled out correctly with one star (for the old company not him!), plus one mistyped then a wifes complaint to dont call my husband but doesnt clarify which number! But ****** the right phone number and youll find the website all-h2o.com This is who first installed my system almost 10 years ago, it moved houses with us and still works, sure seems like he knows what hes doing :)And Im sure there are other former techs I wish luck, definitely some of them are better than others, but I dont miss the pushy sales techniques that got us into this (but the water system will survive!)

Before I tried Valley Environmental Resources and their Aqua-Guard Commercial Water Treatment and the Green ******* GRO-5 systems, I went through 2 water heaters in 10 years. One pipe was pierced by a mineral and leaked in my wall - destroying my closet carpeting. The hard water spots on our glasses became more permanent and more difficult to remove and we were constantly applying lotion after every shower because our skin was so dry.After installation of both systems in our house, we have noticed our skin is softer after showers, needing less lotion. Our shower is a walk-in with a lot of glass and we can tell the side that we washed with soft water and the one that was not. The soap scum has greatly reduced in the entire shower. We think the most remarkable difference are the mirrors - we clean them with just water and they are really clear. My hair is softer and with colored hair, I notice my color stays longer.We have spent less money on all cleaners with the wonderful cleaning supplies gifted with our purchase and I already notice small things like our garbage disposal not smelling as much, our glass and dishes are bright and clear and we have even cleaned off the majority of hard water deposits on glass containers from before the soft water.We dont make trips down to the water store to fill our many bottles as we can refill them right from the dispenser at the sink, saving us gas and time - and our backs. In addition to all of these benefits, I noticed after bringing home some extra flowers from an event that I didnt have the preservative packet usually sold with bouquets. I only used the water from our reverse-osmosis dispenser only and that bouquet lasted well over a week and a half! I'm so glad I answered the door! My husband and I live in **** with our toddler. We knew the water TASTED bad but never realized how dirty it was. Dief walked us through what everything meant and we were in agreement right away. The installation was flawless and we could tell the difference in water within a couple days. We are already noticing a clear difference in the softness of our skin, and we are using so much less soap than before, not to mention our water tastes GREAT!Everyone we worked with was professional and courteous without being pushy. We are so pleased with this investment.

After testing our water early in the pandemic and then being asked to wait until later due to the pandemic (over a year), they called us and asked to share the results. We met with ***** who explained what services they had to offer and were very impressed with his knowledge and honesty when asked questions. We decided to install the system and they were there to install the system within two days-- and the two installers were excellent. Although the system is not inexpensive, we feel it is a great investment in our health and home. We are thoroughly enjoying the pure drinking water and are still getting used to the soft water feel (doesn't feel like the soap is completely rinsed off) when we wash our hands or shower. We are also using the soaps that they left and have been impressed with their effectiveness and the small quantity that is needed. It has been such an easy and wonderful experience. They came to us at the perfect time as our original water softner broke years ago and our skin was not happy. I love that they go above and beyond for their clients! My hair and skin are so happy now.
