My doctor has sent a prescription for a ramp to be installed at my home, I have confirmed that National Seating and Mobility has received the prescription,I have called to schedule an appointment for them to come to my home and take measurements etc.I have called numerous times,and have spoken to someone in ********, who has stated that they will send a message to ****** or *****,and that they would set up appointment.When I looked up their information for their ****** ** location it says permanently closed.Initial Complaint

client: ********************* DOB: 7-20-49 Client ordered custom electric wheelchair 6 months ago, has a loaner that keeps breaking down. NSM has given us the run-around, doesn't return calls for long periods, misinformation. NSM funding said ******** won't pay and that *************** Shield won't pay if ******** denies. BC/BS says they will pay if ******** denies!! But I can't get anyone to return my calls to get claim going. It's been 6 months! Ridiculous.
