ZERO STARS----- Do not purchase any commercial equipment from this company Sports and Fitness Exchange. They are not American made and manufacture poorly and cheap. Here's my experience "I purchase an ************* selectorized machine from them, not even a year later the metal part welded to the bottom steel plate that holds and maneuvers the weight back and forth broke off. The welding that holds the metal part to the the bottom plate are not welded tough, as it should base on welding standers. IT tells me all their machines are built the same. Not made in ***. They don't even have replacement part like Precore, hammer strength , Cybex etc. etc...In fact they wanted for me to buy another inner / outer machine at cost for all the trouble. Now, why would I want to buy the same machine manufacture the same, most likely brake again. All I wanted was the broken part replace at whatever cost so that my maintenance department can replace it, instead I receive message that read "UNFORTUNATELY THE MANUFATURE DOES NOT HAVE THIS PART AVAILABLE TO REPLACE" And they are still selling them. what manufacture / company does that!..Now I have a broken machine that been sitting in my commercial gym broken with out parts available from Sports and Fitness Exchange. BEWARE!! My advice is spend 2K more Made IN ***, instead of cheap machines from this company" BEWARE do not buy this type of machines from this company. They will break on ****** a successful business owner, our priority is 100% customer satisfaction at any level. this company all they care is sales, they don't care about you. Its how they operate. I bought a Nordictrack free *******. I didnt notice any cracks when I bought it. It was delivered by 2 guys and I noticed no protection when they took from truck and fumbled with it at my door. It was placed in my house and did work. Later I noticed a large crack on the side where it inclines/declines. I was within the 90 day warranty and had also purchased an extended warranty. I called them. And they immediately said a scratch or exterior defect was not covered. I disputed this was not a small scratch it was over 6 inches and a crack or separation on the part. They still havent sent me the extended warranty info but only a receipt.Sports and Fitness Exchange Response

This business is literally a scam. I purchased a very expensive Nordictrack treadmill from their website. I was told by the sales rep that they are an official reseller and that the treadmill was a refurbished, open box item that someone had returned to Nordictrack. I also purchased the extended warranty which I was told is the exact same as if I had bought it directly through Nordictrack. Yesterday the treadmill arrived and the left handle bar was snapped in half. In addition to the broken handle I noticed the treadmill had clearly been used enough that model name label had worn off and the deck had visible wear. The manufactured date on the treadmill says Feb 2022, so in addition to being broken the treadmill is almost 19 months old. After multiple calls and email exchanges the business is refusing to repair the treadmill, nor will they replace it or provide a refund without charging me another $400. I am astonished at how unethical this business is. Considering taking it to small claims court.Review from Mike K

Ordered a Nordic Track treadmill in April. The shipping company they used laid a crate on top of mine and damaged the unit.They shipped the piece out to me and used the same shipping company. I asked them to use a different company but they didn't. And my replacement part was crushed and I refused delivery. Two weeks later, they sent me out another unit and told me to piece a working one together. This new one didn't work either. I disputed thr charge on my cc but it ended up in the merchants favor.They do not package their items correctly, no warning stickers to help prevent someone stacking boxes on top. And the manager refused to call me or return my emails. Months have gone by and I have 2 550lb junk treadmills.Sports and Fitness Exchange Response

I purchased treadmill from them thinking I got a great deal almost 3 months ago now. Once it got here it was missing key parts to even use. I have called and emailed over 10 times and keep being told support will have to call me back but its never happened. I bought a Nordic Track treadmill. It was missing some of the bolt/foot covers. The company would send me replacements because they said they were cosmetic. Do yourself a favor and dont buy from this company. They dont send you a complete machine. **************** is horrible. Dont believe them.Review from George T

I ordered a tread mill online. Sports and Fitness Exchange was so informative and the order turned out perfect. Their online chat person was very helpful answered all my questions. I love “working out” in my own home. I have found I work out more because the tread mill is so convenient to use. I am going to purchase another piece of equipment from them soon.Review from Sh A

This company sells nothing but defective products then leaves the customer to call the manufacturer (who doesnt even recognize its product because it was sold through a 3rd party) be on hold anywhere from 1-3 hours at a time, then pay for a tech to diagnose, then pay for the part, then pay for the tech to come and fix the issue. It has cost me nearly $1000 and over 6 phone hours, and several days off work waiting for the tech to show up and fix the various problems this bike has had. I purchased the Nordic Track bike in November of 2021, I also purchased a one year card for the programs. My bike has 48 workouts- it has worked less than 2 months. Save your money and your sanity, avoid this company and anything they are selling. The first issue I had with the bike, I called SFE and got the run around, no actual help and their tech ghosted me. Thats the level of shady you will be dealing with. Buyer beware!
