Similar to others here, I ordered shutters for my house on March 29, 2021. I had previously used AZ Blinds and was always happy with their work/service. I placed a deposit of $4,000 and was given a time frame of **** weeks. Originally they were proactive in letting me know of delays. Then, like others, I received the notice on November 24th indicating that my shutters would be ready sometime in Feb/March 2022. I have not received any communication since then. Given all of the comments, it looks as though I am out my deposit and shutters.Review from Lucreta C.

I ordered blinds from Arizona Blinds on September 20th. We paid full price at the time of the order and I was told we would have the blinds in about 6 to 8 weeks.. I called the store to ask about my blinds and was told that the ** of Operations ****** would email me. She did email on 11/5 stating she would send in a status request to the production team and get back to me once she heard something. I emailed her back on 11/11 to let her know I still had not hear anything from her about my blinds. I emailed again on 11/18 requesting the status of the blinds but no response. This is some of the worst customer experience I have ever seen in a business. I wonder if they are a real business or a store front. I just want my blinds or a real answer is when I will receive them.Customer Response

I drove up to find this business today at **********************************************************************************************************. There is a sign on the door and nothing inside. The sign states Notice of Re-entry and Landlord's lien. Re: Modern Home Expressions dba Arizona Blinds. The premises is now under control of the landlord. I called the General Manager and the Asst. ******** Manager and left voicemails. I called the business at ************** and received a msg that indicated they were looking for a new showroom. I left a voicemail. Please help.Review from SJC

Do not use this company. Ordered shutters in march with promised delivery in May. After expressing our displeasure and also reporting them to BBB we now have our shutters, but it shouldnt have to be this way. The shutters are not the high standard we expected and quite honestly we are sick of this companys excuses and blatant lies. They have offered us $250 discount on an order of over $7,000. The $250 doesnt cover the time and effort it took to chase this company in order to get the shutters we paid for. They are threatening to take us to collections, despite the fact it took them over 9 months to fulfill their contract to us. The management team is non-responsive. I sent several emails to the President with no response as well as left many VMs with no call back. They dont care about basic customer service, and I have it in writing that they stopped corresponding with us as they felt backed into a corner, by us reporting them to BBB.Stay clearReview from James M

Do Not do business with this company. They will come out measure and take your deposit but that will be the last time you will talk to a live person. I ordered shutters and window tinting and gave their requested deposit. Their sales rep told me they have two different installer teams, One for installing window tinting and the other for shutters. Not once was I called to schedule the window tinting and now even after ten weeks no call to schedule shutters. I have called multiple times leaving a message to both their sales rep and their main office. NO RETURN calls. I did receive a email from the rep to call the main office but no call back. I've gone to their location in Peoria and there is no store, I've since gone to my bank and filed a dispute with the charges.If your reading this you are doing the smart thing, Stay Away
