      This business is dishonest. They have a "happy returns" portal that does not work. I have tried emailing and calling to return an item that I purchased that is too big for me, and there is just absolutely no response. The "happy return" policy is fraudulent and false advertising.

      I have been emailing this company for a few days and I havent spoken to anyone yet. Ive also called several times but cant reach anyone. I placed an order but the website shows no order. Ive submitted a picture of the amount pending from my account. This website may be a scam because nobody is available to speak with nor will they respond to my email. I would like a full refund of the items because according to them no order has been placed.

      I am unclear what the issue is. Your order #Y-1259846. on Friday Mar 10 and it shipped your tracking should update soon ********************************************************************************

      We cannot cancel an order that already shipped.

      Confirmation emails were sent to the email provided at check out ******************* I think the issue is we were provided an invalid email at checkout.  I have corrected it because Wardella has emailed several times about the order from the email address *******************.

      I placed an order from Yandy LLC. On October 16, 2022 for several Halloween costumes. The site stated they would arrive in time for Halloween. The first package arrived prior to Halloween and contained 1 single item, however, the merchant miss declared the customs declaration and indicated a total of 18 items, which resulted in me having to pay over $30 for duties. To my surprise, there was only a plastic fireman hat and a cat onesie. I immediately contacted the merchant several times by email and phone, but there phone was not in service and no reply to my emails.I finally reached an employee by phone who said that they had been having issues with not being able to fulfill orders and their phone lines were down. I explained to her that at that point I has received 1 package containing 2 items with a value of $35. She looked in to the file and stated that there were several orders and multiple tracking numbers, as well aa multiple items which were cancelled. She checked at least 1 tracking and said that the package was being returned and I would have to wait for it to arrive in order to receive a refund. I said this was un aceptable.Yandy later offered to submit a claim to the postal carrier on my behalf, however I replied saying I wasnt sure what the postal office had done wrong and they were responsible for only sending a total of 3 items. I refused to file a fraudulent claim.I then filled a dispute with PayPal and the merchant is not offering any sort of resolution

      I ordered a Halloween costume that was defective. I reached out to the company for a refund and they started the process only to ignore my many attempts to get my refund and return processed. I sent all required documents with photos for my return.

      promises a 2 day shipping time, more like 2 weeks after I complained. When I finally received the product it arrived damaged and they refuse to refund my purchase.

      I apologize for all the back and forth with emails and no resolution being provided.

      I have processed a return request for you to return the costume. A separate email was sent to you with your return instructions.

      Although the portal will only allow returns for store credit for costumes, we will manually issue a refund for your costume once you return the costume and your store credit is issued.

      As soon as you receive the store credit email, please contact us back to advise and we will remove the store credit and issue the refund right away. 

      There is no way for the system to issue a refund for the costume, since our policy is set up for store credit only for costumes purchased between Oct 1st - Nov 1st.  It doesn't take into account if there is a damaged product.

      So please save this email as your confirmation that we will issue you a refund for your damaged costume, once you return the complete costume and have received your store credit.

      I understand you're extremely upset and frustrated over this situation and I'm sorry your costume arrived in damaged condition and that you've had to go through multiple emails to reach a resolution.

      I purchased a Halloween costume on 10/22/2022 on the Yandy website. I paid extra ($20) for priority shipping but nothing has been shipped. They wont return any emails I send to them Regarding my package. I repeatedly keep asking them if it will be on time or not but no response.       I ordered from this company for my daughter. I have tried over 10 times to reach this company; by phone, email, chat, ******** messenger and NO response from them at all! I want a refund for what was purchased! The size large is barely a small! When I try to process a return, their site ONLY gives store credit, not money back to my credit card! This company is HORRIBLE!

      I placed an order with yandy over a week ago and was told it would be shipped out within only a few days and readily delivered by halloween as long as it was ordered before October 20th which I ordered before it said get your costume by Halloween. My order still has not shipped. Ive read mountains of bad reviews now on instagram and I have tried contacting customer service. Ive received no response and my item still has not shipped.

      Yandy Enterprises LLC is a company that advertises incessantly for the best halloween costumes for all ages. They offer discounts, trackable shipping and returns for credit only! What Yandy does not disclose is their fraudulent practices of dishonoring returns for credit. When they issue you a credit they provide a code, for example 5U807P22Y7VL272ADXC66RCSK, which will never work and always be rejected by their online portal. They say you can call their custoner service line at ************, but the number is either not operating or not available for calls, directing customers to their email [email protected] which the company does not respond to in a timely manner. If Yandy does respond they do not offer a reliable or workable resolution to the problem. They are engaging in fraud and malfeasance by lying to the public about their return policy and their credit policy. They accept returns but they will not credit your original form of payment and will not provide a valid code for credit. They keep the returned item and the payment for the item. I have been offered numerous codes that never work and the company has refused to credit my original form of payment for $94.33. This company ought to be investigated and charged for fraud and holding onto payments that need to be returned to costumers who have returned merchandise per their retun policies.

      I placed an order on Yandy.com on October 9th (Order #: *******). It is now October 19th and the order has not even shipped yet, I have received zero tracking information. Yandy guarantees shipping within 10 days, therefore they have now failed to deliver by their promised timeframe. I have called numerous times, emailed, and even attempted to contact them on social media and nothing has been done. Their social media pages are filled with comments from other people stating that they never received their orders and have been waiting weeks to months for their items. They did not hold up their end nor will the item get here on time for the occasion I needed it for, which renders the item useless to me. I would like to make others aware of this company and the scam theyre likely to run into.
