A & M provided excellent service in repairing my AC unit. At first the problem was hard to identify, but they persisted., After finding the problem, they determined that the part needing replacement was still under warranty, which save me considerable expense. A & M was recommended to me by a friend, and I can see why she likes them so much. Not only are they skilled and knowledgeable, they're also cordial and professional.

The entire team was amazing! They talked you through the entire process, and made sure at every stage that you were comfortable with your understanding. I also loved how they listened to us and addressed every area brought up. We had an room to room airflow problem, with some rooms either hot or cold all the time. **** took the extra time to adjust each room until it was with 1/2 of a degree difference. The team even saw a stop on the roof that needed to be looked at by a roofer, but they took some supplies and created a temporary fix until we could have this looked at by a roofer. We LOVE our new quiet system. YEA!!!

I have been an A & M Mechanical LLC (the "Company") customer for about ten years. In December of 2023, the Company installed a new ***************** heating/cooling system in my home. **** and two certified technicians removed the old system and installed the new system on the first day. They then returned on the second day to perform diagnostic tests to ensure the new units were operating properly. *** provided me with several equipment options with pros and cons of each. In addition she provided me with a very detailed purchase/installation contract to make sure that I knew exactly what I was paying for. I have tremendous faith that my equipment was installed with painstaking detail and will last me for many years to come. *******************

Why we stick with them include their responsiveness (we have gotten return call and repair within hours on a Saturday morning); attention to detail (they are meticulous in work and explanations); customer service (they know us by name and are pleasant to interact with); and most importantly the quality of their work is spectacular! **** Mechanical and the team are the Best! If you have any heating & cooling needs be sure and call them. Our air was working but not cool air within a text and phone call **** was at our home that morning ready to be of service. Fortunately an easy fix but they also give recommendations as to the age of your air conditioner and they know ours will need to be replaced sometime soon. We will never question because we know we are doing business with an honest and very reputable company with high customer service standards. Thankyou ***

*** Mechanical has been servicing and repairing our air conditioner for the past couple years, and recently, because of their outstanding performance, they are doing the same for my mother-in-law's unit. I cannot overemphasize what a pleasure it is to do business with them. In every important business category, they excel. They arrive on time, they listen as you describe symptoms and problems, they are technically outstanding, extremely courteous, honest to a fault, and very reasonable from a cost perspective. But the area where they shine the most, and where I believe most businesses don't live up to par, is communication. After you make an appointment, they (typically ***) will follow up a day or two beforehand to confirm the date and time and make sure it still works for you. On the day of the appointment, they let you know early in the day an approximate time of arrival, and then again when the technician is on the way. There are never any glitches or surprises. If you're looking for a full service HVAC company that checks every box, you cannot make a better choice than ***

We have used *** Mechanical for our air conditioning needs for about nine years now. We first hired them after having two brand new air conditioning/heating systems installed. The installing company was not able to correct our air flow issues which created hot spots throughout our home. *** Mechanical did an amazing job of correcting the problem and has been our favorite air conditioning company ever since. One of the owners, ****, grew up learning the trade from his father who had his own A/C company. The other owner, Marks wife ***, does an amazing job handling the details of running the company. This year, we had a need for one of our bedrooms to be air conditioned with a temperature set far lower than the zone in that part of the house. *** suggested a mini-split solution. The mini-split unit would have a 3/4-ton compressor outside. The air handler would be inside the room with its own thermostat and remote control. The installation was excellent (they even painted the exterior refrigerant conduit encasement to match the house) and the solution works great. It is quiet, very economical to run, and can lower the temperature in that room even more than what we would need.*** always responds to our needs very quickly. Their prices are always fair, they show up when scheduled, the quality of the work is always the highest possible, and **** and his techs are always very professional and conscientious.I strongly recommend *** Mechanical for any air conditioning needs you might have.
