I recommend Adams Refrigeration after being a loyal customer for about 25 years. I have gotten two A/C / Heating units from them so far and been very happy with both. My Adams technicians have all been skillful, knowledgeable and helpful. I like their maintenance program, a twice a year service for heating or cooling to keep my unit running well and prevent future problems.

Just had routine inspection on the unit done by Technician ****** I have the unit checked each fall and spring. ***** was very professional, knowledgeable, and on time. Rates are reasonable and now with their Membership Program the twice a year check are even more reasonable! We are very pleased with the company. A great HONEST company with super smart and kind technical workers! I can't thank them enough for getting my air conditioner back in service so fast and for a reasonable price. I decided to sign up for their maintenance plan for a visit twice a year to keep things running well! That is how much I like and trust them!Adams Refrigeration Co Response

I called Adams with an air conditioner problem. The nice lady who answered the phone was very understanding and helpful. She sent a technician to my house that same afternoon. The technician, ******, was professional, friendly and explained everything that he checked on the unit. I would highly recommend Adams and the technician I had.Adams Refrigeration Co Response

Just had my Spring checkup conducted by N. He was very efficient and respectful. He asked if I had questions pertaining to my unit, explained and displayed the parts being replaced etc. N also responded last year for my fall checkup and he displayed the same efficiency and thoroughness.Adams Refrigeration Co Response

************** was the technician he was very through and took pics of the ** and show me the reading he took and let me know what needed to be done, showed up before the time that was scheduled; between 8a - 10a. I was appreciative of him showing the pics and explaining what I needed. I did sign-up for the 3yr warranty period which I thought was a good deal. The one thing is didn't do is explain it so well but I was able to get the info from the email I received. I am giving Adams a 5.Adams Refrigeration Co Response

I had my HV** serviced by *************************. He arrived on time. He inspected the ** filter checked the thermostat and proceeded to the rooftop unit. He insured he had the water hose with him to spray clean the outside coils. After about 40 minutes, he was done. ***** was very professional in all aspects of servicing my HV**. His report was completed with a note that 3 of the 4 sides coils were very dirty, so he did a thorough job of cleaning them. I told him no one had cleaned the coils for the past 2 years and I get the this 3 year old unit serviced twice a year. He said the unit runs perfect and I had one of the best unit known. ***** is a very conscientious and dedicated technician who takes his job very serious. I would use him again. He is proud in making people satisfied with his service. If there is an award for Technician of the month, Ill vote for him. Thanks ******Review from Gary B
