Our first service was on 02/01/2023 we had rattling pipes in our bathroom. The first plumber could not fix the problem installed pressure regulator $1077.79..On 04/26/2023 our second plumber tried to fix the rattling pipes in our bathroom the cost $1192.24 problem not fixed still rattling pipes, was told he would try again. On 05/03/2023 plumber arrives work done tells us problem fixed after he leaves we check the bathroom still rattling pipes $2400.61. We called Donley and tell them that we still have the problem. They tell us they will send out another plumber to fix. On 05/31/2023 the plumber called and told us he was 10 mins away. We saw the Donley Truck drive by our home. I call Donley and told them that the plumber had driven by our house, they told me they would reach out to the plumber. I waited outside for 15 mins and no plumber. I called again as I had when back into the house only to see the Donley Truck drive by again. Donley did reach out to me, however not being able to find my home after servicing us three times $4670.64 spend no fix to our ratting pipes I have had enough!!!Business response

Hello Mr. *****, I understand your frustration with this continuous issue. Our goal was to solve your issue with the noisy pipes. Several different plumbers had multiple recommendations to solve your issue. It appears those recommendations did not ultimately resolve the issue. On 5/31 we sent a PLUMBING supervisor to your home to resolve the issue as best as we could. That supervisor has never been to your property and GPS took him directly to what he thought was your home. He also tried calling you over 15 times to confirm your location. The dispatchers also called multiple times, as well as the plumbing manger texted, called and left multiples messages for you within a 2 hour span with no response. The supervisor did reach your home and rang the doorbell with no response.
I apologize we would not get the chance to resolve this issue but would like to have a plumbing manger and supervisor come look at this issue to resolve it.
The number we called multiple times is ************. I have the call logs, the text messages and emails that we sent to try to resolve this. Please at least allow us to talk about getting this issue resolved however way you like.
