I came home from.vacation to no AC. Called Donley and ****** came out.He was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. Figured out what the problem was very quickly and had my AC running again.My dog even liked him. Ask for ****** if you need service. You will be very pleased ??**********Review from Kate D

Called Donley at 730pm when the temperature was rising and the units outside motor stopped running. Called into service and ***** called me back in less than 5 minutes. Told him what was happening and he sent **** the service technician to the house within an hour. **** certainly knew what he was doing and he had the unit fixed and running in an hour. Im going to ask for **** if I ever have a problem in the future.Review from Michael B

Lived in the valley my entire life and bought many AC units and wish I knew about Donley sooner. Donley is by far the best when it comes to customer **********************, price, and especially warranty! The girls in the office are super friendly, and ************** the service tech can work in an attic when its 120 to get your unit up and running fast, hes a beast. Ive never seen anybody willing to work in those conditions that hard and for that long to take care of a customer. If you need an AC unit and its the middle of summer, these people will do whatever it takes to get you taken care of as fast as possible. Its impressive and my family is grateful for them.Review from Michelle M

Donley came to our home over the 4th of July weekend due to an AC unit no longer cooling the home. **** was **************. He was extremely professional and competent. A part was needed, so it took a few days for the work to be completed, but the work was excellent and thorough. I recommend Donley, particularly ****, as strongly as possible. I have been in the valley for 30+ years and this is the best company I've dealt with.Review from Kathay K

We have used Donleys for our needs for several years. They are always super responsive and a business we trust. Yesterday one of our units stopped working around 2pm.... I called and they sent a tech that was here before 6pm. SUPER fast, and really appreciated their concern to get keep our home cooled as we have pets. :)Highly recommend this business ******Review from Robert F

I have had Donley work on my home air conditioning and plumbing systems for over 20 years. They have always provided excellent service. Their technicians are well trained and knowledgeable. Without hesitation I recommend them for any plumbing and air conditioning needs including buying a new air conditioning system. ****, one of their technicians was out to do the regular maintenance on my air conditioning system. He was on time, explained what he was going to do and proceeded to resolve a couple of minor issues he caught on the call. He finished up and explained before he left what was done and what he found. The usual high quality tech I expect from Donley.Review from Larry T

I have been using Donley in my current home since ****! They have been taking care of my home since it was brand new. They have always responded in a timely manner. Their employees are the best. They are like family or a neighbor that you can trust. This visit was done by ******************* who has been with Donley since ****. Good companies keep good employees. **** having been with them for 30 years shows that they are a family business. They care about their customers and their employees. **** (technician weve had more than once) was great and he is not only patient he is extremely knowledgeable. All technicians at Donley have been five star and **** takes that to an even higher level. Weve used Donley overall for many many years now & have purchased 2 HVAC units over years. Great family business and **** has been there (we asked!) for 30 years so obviously they take good care of employees that in turn take great care of customers.
