Edit: ****** called about the review and pressured us to remove it trying to bribe us with a refund. A refund would be the bare minimum. He tried to guilt trip us and make us feel bad. This seemed to be the standard practice. I don't think you can trust the lack of negative reviews for this company. They called me within minutes to ask me to take it down. He said we were lucky not to have been charged over $200 for 2 AAA batteries. Which was never communicated to us at the time.Baffling experience. I do not know where the other 5 star reviews came from. We called them because we needed a Trane Certified technician. We explained the error codes we were getting and the front desk was extremely helpful. They said they would have a Trane ************************ out to take a look at the system. **** did not seem to know much about HVAC in general let alone *****. He tried to stand on our furniture rather than get his ladder. We had to ask him multiple times not too. He refused to get his ladder from upstairs and we had to get ours from the garage. He had to ****** the error codes we had and even after reading the reference documents had to ask us what the codes meant. In the end, we were charged $20 (with a coupon) for him to replace 2 AAA batteries in a sensor (he asked us to use our own). Incredibly unprofessional. We will be reporting Hobaica to ***** to request an audit because there is no way Bihn is certified to work on these units and we will be requesting a refund or charge back because we did not receive the agreed upon services.

****, I am sorry that you are upset with the experience you received. As far as the tech who serviced your home **** has nearly 20 years of experience and he was able to successfully solve the issue. Did he need to use online resources? Yes, Due to us working on all manufactures' and makes we are unable to have all error codes memorized. Also as a company we are certified and registered with *****. After reviewing the ladder situation again we apologize. **** used a plastic folding chair only after your wife said he could to reach the sensor. He should not have done this however he did not use it with out permission. When ****** called you asking for you to take down the ****** review we offered to refund the $20 new customer special never was this a bribe or a pressure for you to do so but simply a piece offering. For the batteries for the sensor, we are not able to provide them for the $20 we charged for the service call fee. Again we apologize that the services we provided did not satisfy you we wish you luck finding a service provider that can meet your needs.Review fromWayne M

I would never go with them again. My daughter knew one of the workers so we went with them because he was supposed to be the one doing most of the work. I don'tlike letting people in my house alone. We even put it off a week so he could. Like we were promised. He worked the first day and thats it. We had to have strangers in ur house alone. And wehave smells in the bathroom that we didn't have before. It cost over ********. they did the plumbing.Hobaica Services LLC

We are working with your daughter on a resolution for a fix to the odor in her home which was a preexisting concern. As far as the plumbing installers that completed the work they are not strangers. **** who sold the work no longer completes the installs of plumbing job. We apologize for any confusion. My Hobaica electrician ************** plumber (*****) were fantastic! They were both so knowledgeable & courteous. They were very thorough in explaining every detail of the work involved with our home projects. The guys knew exactly what they needed to do to fix our ****************** & plumbing issues. We absolutely recommend using Hobaica for any of your electrical, plumbing, or HVAC problems - youll be in good hands! The scheduling staff was amazing & so helpful as well!Hobaica Services LLC

I just had a service call with **************, and I wanted to express my thanks for doing an excellent **********, answering my questions, and giving me service options. He patiently explained things that I was told differently as a new build last year, (some of which I knew was incorrect) and was friendly , efficient and knowledgeable.
