      Parker came out to replace a shower faucet , head and drain. They shoved styrofoam between the pipes rather than strapping them down. When we went to evaluate the tub the faucet shot off when the water was turned on and the faucet handle was loose. To make matters worse the left the old ascension piece and charged me for a new one. In addition they cut a hole in my ceiling and did not leave the dry wall piece so it could be fixed. It took several days to get them back to fix all the problems. The following week there **** **** came out to do routine maintenance. I bought 2 new units from them and because of all the problems with that I now have a lifetime warranty. While the **** team was out they told me I needed a part on my ac units so the start up voltage would not be high. Someone from warranty **** was suppose to call me an hour later and no one has called. Its now a week later. They have the worst customer service and Im still waiting to here from the warranty ****. I have left several messages. My next step is file a formal complaint with the ****

      Dear Parker and Sons Team,I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the two brand new AC units I purchased from your company in 2022. These units were recommended and installed by your technicians, and I expected them to provide reliable service for years to come. Unfortunately, this has not been the case, and I am requesting immediate action to resolve these ongoing issues.In less than a year after the purchase, I had both units serviced per your recommendation. Shortly after the service, one of the units malfunctioned due to a s**** being put through a wire during the maintenance. Since that incident, the unit has not operated properly. Despite multiple service appointments and different technicians attempting to fix the issue, the problems persist, and each technician has provided different explanations and solutions.Most recently, on July 4, 2024, the downstairs AC unit completely failed. We have now been without air conditioning for four days, enduring temperatures over 100 degrees. This situation has displaced me from my home and resulted in significant additional living expenses. Given that we have a one-year-old baby, the urgency of this matter cannot be overstated. Parker and Sons has refused to provide a resolution to this matter and replace the faulty AC units. I have installed 3 AC units with Parker and Sons over the last two years including my investment property totaling in over $40,000. I will never use this company again and will never recommend them.

      The lack of quality in their ****s, and cust svs isnt worth the bs. I called and they replaced a faucet in my shower w/ a new cartridge however, their sr **** put the cartridge in backwards, really? I had to call and they had to send another ****, time out of my day to amuse them to do the job right the first time. End of May 2024 I called & made them aware the faucet was leaking again. They sent some guy out who sat his bottom on the tub and that was it. He literally told me to jiggle the handle piece to get rid of the residual water and left. 2 wks later I'm calling for them to come out. More time out of my day, So they sent me the same sr **** who put the cartridge in backwards to replace my whole shower k*** and faucet. He failed to tell me the initial cost of the replacement. Instead stated that he was taking $500 off from what I previously paid and then stated that bc I was a Family Member hed give me an additional $100 off, for a grand total of $847.Stupid me, I shouldve asked and requested a copy, after being inconvenienced already for 2 hours, I signed and he started working. The next day I had to call to get my invoice which took all day to get. When I looked at the initial cost, minus the $500 plus $100, doing the math it was only $500. So I had to call them again, They stated that they would reach out to the **** and call me back. Shocking, no call back. So, called the next day. Called me a liar! I requested to speak to a supervisor I was put on hold. I was told that they would send the request for the $100 refund and would take 7-14 days. You would think that a sr plumber would clean the surface before working, and would seal it properly to match the tile. This **** left a mess all over my floor, and didn't bother to rinse the dirt and grime off the floor of my tub. But the worst part was, and the issue this whole time was the fact that this sr **** cracked my tile and then didnt seal it properly, and sealed it with clear caulking!

      Do not use this company. They are unscrupulous and disgusting. Tried to charge an elderly person $9200 to replace an $800 compressor. They should be avoided at all costs. They use deceitful tactics including editing photos so you cant search part numbers.

      I've been a customer of ******************** and a member of their Family Plan for many years. Recently, Parker and Sons contacted me for a free hot water heater flush. ****, the technician, arrived on Friday, June 21 to complete the maintenance on the hot water heater. He only allowed the hot water heater to drain for 5 seconds when he stopped it and informed me that the hot water heater needed to be replaced. He claimed the unit was installed in 2009 when I know I had the unit replaced in 2016. He proceeded to try to persuade me and my wife that he could not finish the drain and this unit could not be turned on because it leak. I told him that I only wanted the hot water heater flushed and was not planning to have the unit replaced. He said it would cost $3100 to replace the hot water heater. He insisted if he turned it on it would leak and continued to insist the unit was installed in 2009. I asked him to turn on the hot water heater and so he ignited the gas hot water heater and it was fine and there were NO leaks. He then tried to charge me $49 for a hot water heater flush that was supposed to free and that he didn't even finish. He also left a rust stain on my driveway and never even asked to hose it off. I highly recommend Parker & Sons focus on business ethics, quit bragging about their BBB Torch Award for Ethics, and quit training their Average *** technicians to upsell to their customers or con them into buying additional products and services that are not needed. I also will be cancelling my family plan membership and will find another company to service my HVAC units, and water treatment system.

      I paid for an annual contract in March 2024. In the past I was sent a notification about scheduling a visit. I never received any notification and forgot to call myself. I called on June 19, 2024 and was informed that the first available date was August 27, 2024. BUT, if I wanted to PAY for a service call which would perform a maintenance check-up, they could schedule it almost the next day.I ask for a refund so that I could have an authorized installer perform the service and I was told that the refund would be pro-rated from March, when I signed the contract,, even though I never had a maintenance service check-up.

      I called Parker and Sons to do an A/C maintenance service and was very happy with the service. The service technician seemed very knowlegeable and explained everything he checked. He also explained what needed to be watched. After hearing my financial situation he explained my options and we came up with what I think was the best option for me. He did not oversell or charge me for things I did not need. He was very professional and took the time to understand my current situation and needs. I was very happy with the outcome of the visit.

      My HAVC system was installed by Parker and Son in August of 2020. At the time of installation the tech said they were done, but they didn't replace the cold air return door and filter system. The tech told me he didn't have a door on his truck and he would need to go back to the shop to get one. I told him okay and that's what he needs to do. Went out to his truck and suddenly he had a door and filter system. After seeing many systems installed in our neighborhood they had a 20x20 door where as he installed a damaged 16x20 door and filter. Wonder if I'm getting proper air flow? The thermostat that was also installed has never kept time so I don't know if it is working efficiently to cool my house. On yearly maintenance checks, from Parker and Sons, I complained about these problems however they never addressed the problems. I'm getting tired of constantly calling them. I was also told when the system was 2 years old during their yearly maintenance check that it needed $2,300.00 for some sort of acid wash. During my check up this year, with Parker and Sons, they said the system checked out and is great and should be good to go for the summer. I also asked about the thermostat and door problem again and was assured that these problems would be taken care of however nothing has been done and I am tired of calling them to have them stand behind their work. Parker and Sons is not a very ethical company because they don't take care of their customers the way they claim they do. I appears to me that once they have your money the care and service goes way down. I have talked to people who had systems installed by *************************, ****** and ******************* with fantastic service and no problems without having to call them and get problems resolved that happened years ago. I would highly recommend anyone reading this review to go to any of the forementioned companies and not Parker and Sons!***********************

      I got new AC unit from Parker and son last year for above 2.3k. First time they didnt install my unit completely. The electric filter making stupid noise and my AC won't keep the temp I set just keep running. I need to call them several times to solve this problem, and then they sent technicians to come over and failed to solve it several times.Later, I asked that I need to talk to their manager before sending a technical supervisor to check, which solved my problem.This year, I just asked for a free ac tune-up, because it was my first year, and they didn't want to give it to me. They also said that because I used it last year.But I didn't, because I just asked for the correct installation of my air conditioner last year, not the noise and the air conditioner that has been running all the time. I regret choosing ************************** very much.I feel that the money I paid did not enjoy the service I should have.

      They have competent technicians, but their markup is outrageous. We have been Family Plan members for several years, but are looking for a new service provider due to their quotes. We were recently quoted nearly $8K to install a water heater that costs ~$800 retail, which thankfully I am able to install myself. On their previous visit the technician tried claiming our HVAC unit urgently needed $1900 worth of work, and tried pressuring me to have it done the same day. (The job was to replace a motor that costs ~$350 and a resistor that costs ~$10). If this company thinks you arent technically literate (e.g., a woman or a senior citizen) they will tell you your equipment is on deaths door and will pressure you into having work done that is overpriced and possibly not even necessary.
