    This apartment complex should be sued in court for unnecessary fees (extortion). In addition to adding on a bunch of cam fees they want to charge me $125 for a trash bag that they say was to heavy?? My bad sorry for not weighing my trash bag. This is not the first time approximately a year ago maintenance crew left a big box with a bucket in it filled full of stuff out front my apartment. I explained this was not mine they gave me a brochure and told me I had to pay it even though it wasn't mine and maintenance left it out there Really? I have been a good tenant for 4 years always have paid my rent on time. This is unacceptable.

    This is a TERRIBLE place to live when I first was looking at the apartment the staff said the apartment I was looking at was $1475.00 come in before Friday as they go off the market fast. I come in on a Wednesday Get their put the deposit in to save the apartment. Mind you I already moved out of my old apartment. He tells me they already gave the apartment to someone else we have one that is ******* ok fine. (Monthly Payment Reminder**Monthly Payment Type Amount + Sales Tax = (2.3%) Total Rent $1,569.00 $36.09 $1605.09Property Tax $14.00 $0.32 $14.32TOTAL DUE MONTHLY * $1,619.41*Total is due on the 1st of each month**Monthly Payment Reminder does not include any utilities) Now I come back on Friday to pay my first months rent while at the bank he calls me to tell me something was on my credit they have to add more to my deposit . I sign all the papers get my first **** it is ******* that's fine it sounds about right every rent payment after this one is $1700, $1800 so I'm like break It down this is insane there charging different prices every month how can this be there coming up with a charge called CAM FEE this should be illegal there getting away with robbery for the working class(CAM Fee shall mean all costs and expenses of any kind or nature which are necessary, and are incurred by Owner, for the operation and maintenance of the common areas of the Apartment )So now it's time to move out my lease is up 03/17/22 they send out a notice for renewal in 02/02/22 so that makes me have to do my 60 day notice until 04/30/22 now they get to charge me market rent at $1900 on top of that $300 for a month to month charge. Maintenance never came and fixed any of the tickets. I put in multiple tickets and walked in the office numerous of times. They have a ton of amenities that you can't utilize. They constantly send out emails about what you can't do and there doing inspections(I'm not on section 8).They really need to be INVESTIGATED.
