Won auctions totally over 2.4K. ***** attempted deliveries at my house even though I was in garage with door open. Paid 68 dollars on June 20th to get shipped back to me. Didnt hear anything back until I called this this past Monday. Guess what wont refund you your money even though being shipped almost a month after paying 68 for shipping caused these to miss birthday presents. But dont you worry y they will email you later the week saying missed attempt on delivery to give you a follow up on your call on monday. ************ never shopping with them again worst customer support.

What a SCAM! I won an auction, paid for it, and a few days later I got a message saying the item listed was an error and that its not available! They either didnt even have the product or sold it to another person for more money. They refunded me and gave me a measly $25 credit as if that would replace the item I WON! Im closing my account as I cant trust any company that does business like this!

So I recently won a jersey.. and after 7 days of non-payment (the non-payment being totally my fault) they auto charge the payment method on file. Now the kicker is..3 days prior to this I removed my payment method and added a new one. On their app the new method was listed directly under the word verified. Turns out.. they decided to charge the removed payment method instead of the new one (and yes..they do keep each and every payment method you have ever used and they even had the ***** to put in their terms that they can charge and payment method you've ever used). I asked them why they didn't charge the new method and was met with "it was not fully verified yet".. wait, what? I gave you my account and routing number lol. They said oh no there are micro deposits that you need to verify (which I still have not rec'd).. but that is weird.. I didn't have to do that with the checking account I added before (and removed!)...why now? And where would I even put that information on your app in order to verify? Because that is nowhere to be found. Did I mention I still haven't rec'd any micro deposits in this new payment method or the old one. I was told there was nothing they would do and to call my bank and issue a stop payment...which costs me money. I had some choice words..told them they were c*** and their customer service was horrendous, yes I did use profanity because they took no ownership or provided any explanation as to why the new method wasn't used.. later that afternoon I got an email from ******* at the company who told me my account is suspended, I would be refunded for my recent auctions (which I don't know what that means.. the one in question..the last 2, 3? Idk I guess we will see), and that they would accept no further communication from me. Lol This is a predatory business and based on other reviews, have some very shady things going on. Look for other places before here! How the heck can they charge removed payment methods? Crazy

My son logged into my account and began bidding on items. He bid on a facsimile autograph, and of course won the item.I never would have done this and in all the time Ive bid with Pristine Auction this was the first time Ive reached out to their customer service for help. They couldnt have been less helpful. The autograph on the item was a screen print in the hopes the people bidding wouldnt notice and they would bid. Its as big of a scam as you can get imo.

Read the other reviews! This company engages in fraud. Regularly posting "auctions" that are nothing of the sort. They have reserves on nearly everything and their "consignors" just relist them and post them across multiple sites until they get a sucker willing to pay their price. This practice needs to be shut down.

Not very trustworthy. I won an auction and had no issues with the first item. But then I won 3 items on another day. Their checkout page is the worst I've ever used. Normally a site has several steps to checkout, cart contents, shipping info, payment info, and then a final status page before hitting submit. I was trying to see the final price for everything, they add a buyers premium plus the shipping. The cart page only showed my winning bid amounts. There was a button on the page, I'm not sure if it said Checkout or something else. But when I clicked it, it automatically used all the info from my previous auction, same payment and shipping. I never saw a final price. They do not email a receipt either. I had to scour their site to find out how much they actually charged me.My 3 bids were $211, but the premiums and shipping took the price to $300. I contacted customer service and they did not help, the reply was "if this happens again please contact us before processing the payment". I didn't know it was going to process a payment, it won't happen again because I will not use this site again.To make matters worse, one of the item's COA fails to validate. This time their CS said "This is a fairly common occurrence, as it can sometimes take several weeks for an authenticator's database to be updated. I have contacted them to get this corrected." If it is a fairly common occurrence they should know better, and they should check the COAs before putting an item up for auction.Overall a very questionable website that I'd advise others to stay away from.

This company does not sell absolutely anything as it does not advertise nothing.... other than the customers who have registered with it have no profile for purchasing unique items. Communication is terrible and it is almost impossible to get my item back. In short, they are scammers!! BE CAREFUL!!

I purchased a signed mini helmet that was allegedly witnessed by *********************** and had a certificate of authentication. Upon receiving the helmet, I attempted to register the **** It failed. I contacted Pristine and ******* 3 weeks ago. They simply reply with "try again next week". I am frankly surprised that neither company will verify the signature or simply give me a refund (which I asked). Prior to purchasing the item, I did read the good reviews and bad. I thought that it could not happen to me. It did and they do not care. Very disappointing.

I had recently purchased a mystery box that had a chance to win a signed CD. It arrived fairly quickly and was autographed by the artist! I just won another mystery box and am hoping I have another chance to have merchandise from the artist!
