  **** is a FRAUD!!!! This place is a Rip Off. This guy is a *****!!! END OF STORY They don't have negative numbers so that's why its a 1 star You have been warned proceed with this knowledge that YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!!!

  I ordered a 1.5 stage cam kit and a bunch of other items from the company, the kit failed in 3 minutes. Wiped out the cam and the lifters, and slung metal all through ************. Flat tappet cams can fail, it happens, but it tends to happen more when you have the wrong parts. 505 sent lifters that were way to short and stock push rods with the kit, they caused rockers to be angled and exert more pressure to the lifters trying to open the valves. My machine shop figured this out after the failure. Called them about the issue, he said I will call you by the end of the day, hear nothing. Called two days later(I spoke with the cam company in the morning prior to talking to him and they said they would honor the cam replacement), he said he needs more time and hear nothing about the cam. Been 14 days and heard nothing the guys a liar plain and simple. Involved the credit card to sort it out. Bottom line, buy nothing from these guys, they are not going to stand behind anything and your likely getting parts that do not fit your application. Buyer beware,

  Sorry for your frustration. However, we did ask ****************** to send the camshaft and lifters in to be inspected. The camshafts are custom machined by Erson Racing Cams. The lifters that we use are the same lifters we have used for 20+ years HA2011. The pushrods are ***** length and this is the pushrod we have sold with our cam kits and engines over 20 years. After having dozens of conversations with this customer, both **** from ***** and **** from 505 Performance came to the conclusion that the valve stem height is incorrect which will cause a misalignment with the rocker and the pushrod. **** from ***** was going to give him a new camshaft on good faith and **** from 505 was going to give new lifters on good faith, but we have never seen the damaged camshaft and lifters from ******************. Throughout the years of the Jeep 4.0L engine there have been 2 different lengths pushrods - one measuring ***** and one measuring *****. 505 Performance has always sent a Comp pushrod at *****. All of our kits come with instructions to inform customers to check the pre-load upon installation of any camshaft kit and any engine builder would know that information prior to install.   I ordered a stage 1 stroker kit from 505 about a month ago. I called **** and he was very knowledgeable about everything that has to do with my jeep. He was patient with me and answered all my questions and concerns. No less than a week later my stage 1 stroker kit was at my front door. I had some questions about how to install stage 1 and they were very helpful and got back to me quickly. I highly recommend this place and I will be sending my friends to him.

  Bait and switch. The owner at 505 put together a "kit" for my TJ. He told me a BBK throttlebody, and in-house Fab'd header and 1.7 scorpion roller rockers and a valve cover spacer were to be included. This took almost 2 months to get all the packages, and only after countless texts and calls I finally got all products in. First the headers came from Amazon and had a big made in ***** sticker on them. They didn't fit, had terrible welds and were for a different model jeep. The throttle body was a no name from Amazon and the roller rockers were 1.6 and not 1.7. Also, the valve cover spacer didn't fit factory hardware. When confronted over the phone, I was called every name in the book and that I was stupid. I have 20 years in Fabrication through the military and know my way around a wrench. He tried to insult me by asking if I owned my own buisness, which I do. And said I don't know anything about machining, which I am a machinist and I don't know anything about welding, which I hold certifications in 7 metal groups in 6G. My credibility was questioned from the owner at corner of the conversation and I would not give him the satisfaction of anger through me. I called all the companies he claimed he is in association with (BBK, Scorpion racing products) and they said this person is a nobody that claims he is sponsored by them. They took my info and forwarded it up to their chain for review. I called my bank and disputed all charges. All products will be shipped back and If I do not receive a refund, I will ****

  ************************ ordered a 62mm throttlebody that we get from the *** reman line they come discounted $100 and we do sell these on Amazon. Our *** account that we have had for years ends in xxx545. Scorpion rockers were ordered, but we only sell 1.6 rocker. It's actually a **** ratio rocker. We do not sell a 1.7 rocker now or ever. Also have had an account with Scorpion for years and that account ends in xxxPERF. The header that was purchased is a dual outlet production header. They are TIG welded and some of the flanges that are on this item are from *****(no way around that) but the product is finished in the ***. Valve cover spacer that was ordered was a free item on top of a military discount for ************************. This spacer is a custom product that we make and sell thousands of every year. The spacer seems to fit every other Jeep 4.0 engine that has it installed. Invoice was created October 19, 22 and customer received all product by November 11, 2022. Tracking with ***** ends in **** - this documentation can be provided if necessary. If customer wishes to return product he will need to review our return policy posted on our website and follow it accordingly.
