I made a purchase from this company for a set of ring and pinion gears($332) and an ARB differential locker($945.05) in December of 2022. After waiting 3 months(March 20, 2023) and having only received the gears, I spoke with an employee of this company over the phone and had the differential locker cancelled from my order for a full refund. I have email confirmation for the cancellation and refund request, but still have yet to receive my money back. *** made countless phone calls and exchanged emails with multiple employees of this company to no avail.Business response

On September 25th 2023 I purchased on sale an ***** electronic locking differential part #*****-1 (order #JUS349566) from justdifferentials.com. I was charged for this part and provided an order confirmation. Four days later I received an email informing me that the liquidation stock is sold out however I am more than welcome to buy the same product at full list price. During this time and even as this is being written the website is still advertising the same product at the reduced sale price as well as listing 3 in stock. I have informed the company that they are still advertising this product at the sale price and that Id like my purchase to be honored. I was the. Sent a screenshot of an inventory page showing zero in stock despite them being advertised on the website.
