I bought 2 life time alignment warrantees from C&R tire, both about 20 years ago, for my two trucks. I still have both trucks, so I should still have both life time alignments under warrantees. Well since I didn't have my proof of purchase from 20years ago. **** at the Tatum location said they will not honor either of my life time alignments. **** said he clearly sees where they have given me life time alignment for my ***** through the years but because there was no proof of purchase in there system, they would not honor what I paid for, because of the new company taking over. I have never had this issue until C&R until they changed names to Big Brand ****************************** The 1st warrantee they would not honor, they said was because my truck was not in there in the past 10yrs ( was broken down) so they can see past history past 10years. So they should have a 10year limit on the "lifetime" or change the name to "sometimes life time, if you keep proof of purchase for 10 + years". Very disappointing especially since I checked with the man that scheduled my appointment. When I made the appointment, it was covered - then after driving 15 miles to get to the store, the story changed and they wanted me to pay for the alignment I had already purchased through "life time". I feel cheated out of my money for both vehicles.
