I went into this midas on September 30th for an alignment. After they did their check up they told me that in order to get the alignment we have to change both lower control arms. Ok well I didn't have the money being I'm on disability and they told me to get the loans they offer and then I can just make payments. Ok no problem. I get my car back and it pulled to the left pretty noticable. I took it back in 2 days later and they tried to give it another alignment but couldn't do it because now they are saying I need to change both ball joints and both struts. Which means they charged me for an alignment and didn't even bother to tell me they couldn't do the alignment on Friday when they gave me my car back. Not only that but now I'm stuck with over a thousand dollars loan to pay off and I can't even get another one until it's paid off. If I would have known on Friday that my car needed ball joints and struts also I would have got a loan to fix all the problems but now I have a car that's pulling worse to the right than it was to the left when I brought it back in. And I would have at least no loans if they would have done their job correctly on Friday when I first brought it in. Thanks for making the poor people struggle even more than they were in the beginning. I don't suggest bringing your car here. You may just end up completely screwed over when you thought your problems just got a little better.
