      Amex Trip ID: I received inaccurate information from Amex Travel at the time of booking.. When I booked my package thinking i can use the $200 credit from their hotel collections come to find out when you book a package you don't get the benefit. I also attempted to check in on an earlier flight the same day I was denied to check-in unless I paid an additional $200.00 considering on the email i received from AMEX i had until today to make changes without any fees. This information was never disclosed at the time of purchases. I am a platinum member paying almost $700 a year for a membership. Very frustrating I've been on the phone with AMEX travel twice over 1 ************ was resolved. Definitely not using for travel purposes anymore. As a consumer i should be able to get what I've been offer at the time of purchasing my package.

      I had booked flights using credit card points, which I had to cancel. I canceled through the proper channels and was told we would be given a flight credit or a credit on our account. The information was not clear on how this would be done. I called several times and was given different answers, including the credit needed to be used for American Airlines and be booked by June 2020. I did try to book travel to use the credit as well but was not helped to do so. I tried several times over almost 3 years to resolve this. Every time I was on the phone for at least an hour only to be transferred to different departments, none of which helped resolve the issue. I have email records of conversations saying I am owed the refund but for some reason or another the department I was dealing with was never able to give the refund. The flights were purchased on June 11, 2019. They were canceled by October 2019 and I was told I should have seen a refund to the account by November 2019. I was never given this refund. I have spent several hours recently trying to resolve this and have only kept this credit card trying to redeem my points, which has also cost over $200 a year in annual fees. The number of points used was ****** points or $815.58. The flight information is; ********************* ticket number was *************, ***************************** ticket number **************. ********************* is the primary name on the credit card.

      Amex Trip ID: ******************************** Record: XKMZMP I received inaccurate information when Amex Travel changed my ticket to another day. When I attempted to check in for my flight home I was denied to check-in unless I paid an additional $327.34. Should I had known, I certainly would have made other arrangements. The ticket agent at American stated that she didnt understand what Amex Travel was trying to do as the system clearly would not accept their change. This left me in an uncomfortable and embarrassing position, forced to pay a fee that cost more than my round trip ticket.This sum was never disclosed to me and I would like, $327.34 reimbursed immediately.Truly,-*****************************

      American Express serve has no one to speak with when a very important inquiry is in need to be made. I have complained about this company in the past and gave them another shot! Some one has hacked into my card information and attempted to make a ridiculous purchase, which they were unsuccessful. However, in contacting AMS, their agents are from a totally different Country and I never understand what they are saying and they never answer my questions!That being said, with this hacking, I was forced to close my card so no one else can attempt any fraud activity. I was informed that although I was not at fault, and even with being a customer for 6 yrs, they could not Expedite the arrival of my card because I did not have $20.00 to cover the cost of the shipping... But my account had $18.38 and the agents overseas, dont have authority to override this situation.. Even with the urgency of the delivery of my Replacement Card! Now I received a Direct Deposit in which I am unable to access as it is passed the minimum of 7 days and I have yet to receive the Replacement card!One of many complaints of this company as there is no other alternative to retrieving MY MONEY from anywhere else!I have No one to Speak with. No options! No Alternatives! I am now late with my Rent and other financial responsibilities... All because AMS does not possess the ability to service the customers in the proper, legal and successful manner! Yet they carry the name of American Express?!Unacceptable!
