The ReBath representative, *******, came fully prepared with examples and gave us great ideas on materials and finishes for out bath and powder room remodels. The ReBath estimate was the most complete and reasonable one we received from the four companies who scheduled estimates with us. The two installers were great! The job was done when promised, only took two days, and we were very pleased with the results. We would highly recommend them to family and friends and anyone looking for a professional bath remodel!

Installers were very good. Did a great job. I do have a concern with the teak fold down seat however. After a couple of months, we began to see dark brown stains on the shower wall and floor directly below the teak seat. Called the sales rep and described the concern. Was assured that this concern had never been seen before and he would look into this right away. After no response for a month or so, I decided to pull the two teak planks from against the shower wall and check it out for myself. A hammer and a little time and they came out. Discovered that the back side of these two teak boards were covered in mold and looked quite disgusting. I let them dry out for a few days after cleaning with bleach and hot soapy water. I then sanded them down to remove the remaining unsightly remains of the moldy area. I then used good quality teak oil and applied as per the directions. Reinstalled and has the same concern once again. Once again, used bleach and sanded. They are currently in my garage, drying completely. In another couple of months I will attempt to use outdoor polyurethane to seal them. If this works out ok, I will then reinstall them in the seat. If not, I am considering PVC, as the two boards are against the wall and will not be load bearing when using the seat. Still no reply from the sales rep. ** really wanted the teak seat. Now, not so much, and the seat was not inexpensive. The strange thing is the other two boards are absolutely fine. No clue. Otherwise, enjoying our new bath very much.

I am really enjoying my new bathroom. I now have a shower with safety bars with nice grips to keep me safe. The floor is non-slip. I added a large medicine cabinet that is giving me enough storage for all my needs. The process of picking items was carefully guided and explained. It's so nice to have a modern looking bathroom with items my wife and I chose. The craftspeople who did the work were professional, polite, and were very helpful when I needed to decide where the safety bars, towel bar, etc went. This was a very nice experience. I am very impressed by how clean the bathroom and all work areas were left. I will have my other bathroom completed by ReBath as well.

A *****-in-a-truck would be way cheaper but I went with what I thought would be higher quality customer service and workmanship. I felt like I got neither. Bad measuring, wrong color, wrong door, representative seemed to lack in product knowledge and no follow up when I complained. 1 star because every person was nice.

Installers were very good. The problem is the product- namely shower door. Cheaply made, suction /magnet when glass door closes has very loud noise to the point where door shakes on the frame - hard to open & close. installer even called manufacturer to complain on our behalf. For the cost, the shower door should be much better quality. More substantial . They are better at every hotel Ive been to.

We were very happy with the work done by ReBath on our master bathroom. Everything was as expected and they were done in th time frame they promised. In hindsight I really wish we would have shopped around a little more before making the decision to go with Re-bath. The workmanship was excellent. We have no qualms about that. I'm still in a bit of shock that we signed a contract and agreed to use them knowing that they were not able to replace the corner vanity and that they were not able to provide doors for the corner shower. We ended up using the existing corner vanity. My husband put on new k**** and polished up the top. We then selected shower wall and floor colors that would blend in with the existing countertop. We had to find someone else who could put doors on the corner shower which was not cheap. For the price we paid we really didn't get a bathroom remodel from Re-bath.
