On April 19. 2023 I went into this ****** as**** before Getting a Haircut which my instincts were correct in not using **** the woman who cut my haircut. and apparently did a lousy job h*** The first/bad sign about this Business is no Current Business has been discounted, Also the Sign says (******) Which i am ma**** a compliant to register of contracts. They don't seem to be legitimate business. I sat there while her cell phone kept ringing off the hook trying to get someone to pick her son rom school. Its Really sad because i am a VETERAN. She also kept putting her hand on my shoulder trying to apoligize which was awkward. I now hoping BBB. i told her when i left i was very uncomfortable, and also came back two days on the April 23 and left her know she did a lousy. horrible job. What **** of ****** asks you if you would like your neck shaved.. Very Unpleasant experience.. Upon coming back into shop her Clients two male guys who came up to and strengthened me. on my phone flip. persuing further action. I would like my REFUND. hE AN attachment business card of there which is generic Not BondedBusiness response

To Whom it my concern:
On April 19. 2023 customer came complain that other *********************** messed up with his hair probably we are not first barbershop hes complaining. After , he cut his haircut I asked how he like it he responded Great Job ! (Video Surveillance can prove it) he asked for discount because he didn't have enough money to pay . He had only $25 he paid and left. After less week he came he started terrorize and treating ** he will do anything to close our business few customers left because of his action I can prove it with Video Surveillance. I gave him back his $25 back I didn't want to lose other customers. Because, my customers was terrified of his action he was yelling screaming and shaking with red eyes.

Mar 8, 2022 Went for a scheduled and confirmed by them (twice) appointment to get my hair cut and have roots touched up. The girl who does my hair was promoted by her father between the last time I was there (Nov 2021) and wasn't there yet. I arrived on time and was told by Zack, the person who washes my hair sometimes and is a barber there. He called her and from what I could surmise, she was stressed out about a situation with her dog. My appointment had been cancelled twice for various reasons on her part. I mentioned to him that I couldn't reschedule and I was desperate! She hung up and Zack explained he'd wash my hair and start to mix the color based on her directions. 40 minutes later she arrived and had a big angry chip on her shoulder. There was total silence as she confirmed he's mixed the dye right. He said he did. They began to work on me together at the same time, sectioning and applying dye to my hair. She was rushing and pushing my head really hard. My gut told me i should stop it and just leave! Being unfamiliar with Phoenix (only here post-stroke so directionally challenged), I didn't know what to do or where to go to get someone else to help me. After Zack washed my hair and whispered to me under his breath "I'm sop sorry. Please go home and wash your hair!" A big pile of hair fell out on my way home and after I washed it and continued falling out last night!
