I came in to get my lashes done and the work was fine. The problem came afterwards when I wanted to cancel my membership. They refused to cancel my membership even after I cancelled it twice. Now I have roughly $700 in unused service credits and they refuse to give me my money back. Its beyond ridiculous, unethical, and fraudulent.Business response

This person has never been to my business. She visits a location a couple of miles away. I have contacted her to ask her to remove this complaint and she is non-responsive. Please remove this complaint from my business.
