    08/03/2023 there were fraudulent charges in my Wisely account. I have since been trying to get my money back, but they have deemed the charges non fraudulent. I need my money back and they simply are not giving it to me or properly investigating

    Very poor customer service for a new customer: ********************** did great for a warranty call so we decided to have them quote blinds for 5 new windows. The rep came out and measured and said we would have the quote in a day. That did not happen so after 3 days, we called and were told we would have the quote that same day. That did not happen, so now three days later again, I called and was told I would have the quote immediately. That never happened. I have to give a warning to others that Wisely Blinds cannot keep a commitment -- if getting a quote is this hard, imagine how hard it would be to address an issue. If they cannot quote for some outside reason, I would rather them be honest with us that they have the inability to provide a quote versus stringing us along for over a week with empty promises.
