      08/03/2023 there were fraudulent charges in my Wisely account. I have since been trying to get my money back, but they have deemed the charges non fraudulent. I need my money back and they simply are not giving it to me or properly investigating

      November 16, I was given the companys information from ***************************, as they are a service provider. The service rep came out and I needed a new motor. I was originally told it would be **** business days for blinds motor to be installed I was never contacted regarding delays. I called on several dates: 12/2 told shipped on 11/30. Called again 12/12 and told it was shipped 12/9, on 12/19 told shipped on 12/9 due to holidays delayed, 12/27 callee and told shipped 12/16, called 1/9 told shipped 12/22. I explained I was going out of the country. Upon my return I received a voicemail from 1/17 from ***** saying motor has been received. Received a text 1/23 stating my voicemail was full and motor is received. I returned the messages 1/24 and ***** informed me due to my delay in getting back to them, the soonest I can have motor installed would be March 3rd. I explained my fears due to no privacy into bedroom and temp blinds were costing me a lot of money and not private. I considered this a serious safety issue as I am a single mother no coverage allows public to see right into my bedroom. I begged if I could be squeezed in. I offered to pick up motor and plug it in myself. I was told a service rep has to be the one to plug it in. I was very very upset and frustrated due to the delay and lack of communication with the company as to the motors whereabouts. I requested a call from someone who could authorize my appointment be moved to a earlier date. the owner phoned me and immediately his tone was irritable and loud. Within this 1 min call, the owner who was yelling at me immediately and very belittling and unprofessional. Owner yelled at me and said it is my fault the installation wont be until March because I never called them back and now schedule is full. He then yelled at me and said he refused to install item and canceled any appointment and hung up on me. The company now has the old motor which I want back and the new motor which I need install.
