      ORDER ******* I made a purchase during a BOGO sale - buy one item, get another free. I purchased denim at full price and the sweater was free. When I received my order, the denim is way too big, and I ordered a size smaller then normal. When I look at my order on their website, the free item has a disclosure that it cannot be returned. However the denim does not, therefore I sent the denim back to get a refund (which is actually store credit with them). I then get an email that theyve denied the return because its a final sale item. Or, they can return them back to me for almost $20 in shipping charges. I suggested they just send me a smaller pair back, since thats the reason for the return anyway. But they claim they cant do that. I either want my money back or a smaller pair of jeans. I refuse to pay an additional $20 for them to send me the same jeans back, when they can send me smaller ones or issue a store credit due to their lack of information/clarification. Additionally, they should work on providing valid size comparison or something so this doesnt happen in the future to anyone else.

      This top runs small. I returned it in hopes to receive a store credit so that I can re-purchase for ***. But I received an email from CCB stating that this item was a final sale and that I would not receive a store credit or an exchange. I was told that my only two options were to let them keep it so that it could be donated or pay a RIDICULOUS amount of about $14 for them to ship it back.I told them that I didnt agree with that and that all I was asking for was an exchange for a bigger size. The first lady that answered me was extremely uneducated, unprofessional, and after yelling at me, hung up on me. I called back and after I explained to the second associate what had happened, she completely disregarded what I said spoke over me and had absolutely no intention to resolve the issue. I contacted the owner via Instagram as I was told over the phone I couldnt speak with her, but the owner never bothered to reply to my message. After this bad experience, I decided to give them another shot and purchased another top from them and to my surprise it was canceled by CCB. When I reached out to them, they pretty much said that I was banned from ever purchasing from them again. Their excuse was that since I was not satisfied with their service we should part ways! Seriously??? After they humiliated me? I have never ever heard of a company banning someone from their store for calling about an issue. These people lack humility and cannot take take any form of complaint without retaliation. So much for all the verses of the Bible on their products they absolutely do not stand by any of them. In the end, I decided to pay for the shipping back as they refused over and over to either offer me a store credit or a bigger size. Something any store would be willing to do for customer satisfaction. I have been a customer for a while and had never complained to them about anything, and the 1st time I do, this is how I am treated. ***** on the owner for hiding and allowing this
