      ORDER ******* I made a purchase during a BOGO sale - buy one item, get another free. I purchased denim at full price and the sweater was free. When I received my order, the denim is way too big, and I ordered a size smaller then normal. When I look at my order on their website, the free item has a disclosure that it cannot be returned. However the denim does not, therefore I sent the denim back to get a refund (which is actually store credit with them). I then get an email that theyve denied the return because its a final sale item. Or, they can return them back to me for almost $20 in shipping charges. I suggested they just send me a smaller pair back, since thats the reason for the return anyway. But they claim they cant do that. I either want my money back or a smaller pair of jeans. I refuse to pay an additional $20 for them to send me the same jeans back, when they can send me smaller ones or issue a store credit due to their lack of information/clarification. Additionally, they should work on providing valid size comparison or something so this doesnt happen in the future to anyone else.

      I signed up to be a stylist in June 2021. I requested a cancelation and they drafted my account again for another year and f Refuse to refund the $99.00 the drafted on 06/07/2022. I would like a refund.

      Our Stylists enter in to a legal Agreement which outlines the manner in which they must cancel their Agreement. This Stylist did not at any time send in the required request to close her account or any communication. She has since communicated directly with our support team and her account cancellation was processed at that time.

      I bought some items from this business. Never did they tell me I couldnt return it for a full money refund the original way I paid. Theyre only agreeing to give me a store credit which I think its absolutely ridiculous on fully tagged clothes, Ive had in my possession for one hour. This business also doesnt have clear descriptions of sizing which makes it even more difficult to know what size you should get. I want to return these items and I want a refund back for the full amount to the original way I paid.

      All customer must agree to our return policy before they are able to checkout from our site, this policy very clearly states qualifying items can be returned within 30 days for store credit only.This customer agreed to these terms before placing their order on our site.

      I was charged for a membership that I now do not even have access to and the company is refusing to refund my money. I had changed my card on file a year ago so there was no authorization to charge the card that got charged. Once I disputed the charges, my account was closed but said membership fee was still forced on me. So I paid for a years access that the company took from me, and charged a card they were not authorized to charge. Id like my money refunded so I can part ways with this company.

      WAS CHARGED FOR PAIR JEANS AND OVER A HUNDRED DOLLARS FOR SHIPPING IN THE END OF 2O20. NEVER RECEIVED THE PACKAGE. NO ONE WILL TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. POST OFFICE TELLS ME COMPANY MUST PAY, COMPANY SAYS TO FILE CLAIM WITH POST OFFICE. THEY AGREED WITH ME THAT NO ONE WOULD OF AUTHORIZED OVER ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS FOR SHIPPING ON A PAIR OF 50 DOLLAR JEANS. I CANNOT GET THE PERSON WHO WAS SELLING THEM TO HELP, THE COMPANY WHO HANDLES ALL THE CONSULTANTS CUSTOMER SERVICE SHIPPING AND CUSTOMER ISSUES. SOMETHING THEY WON'T FIX FOR ME TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY SO THEY CAN RECEIVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL SETTLE FOR ****** GIFT CARD FOR MERCH AT THIS POINT

      This companys customer service is terrible. They dont follow through on requests. I asked for measurements for a top. They NEVER sent them to me and then fired me as a customer after I told them their service was awful. They are very unprofessional and dont stand behind their service or products.They sent me the attached email after I complained. This is abuse by this business and disgusting. They do not deserve to be in business!

      On July 31, 2021, I ordered two tank tops from Closet Candy on a buy one get one free sale. I understood with this sale that all sales are final, no returns on exchanges. The tank top I ordered was called "teal" in color and a the photo of the tank top in the online catalog is a bright, vibrant, summer color teal. Much to my dismay, the tank top that was delivered is called "Lake Green" as noted on the outer package of the garment and the green is very dark, winter like and not at all what I ordered. I emailed the company to get the correct one, that I ordered, sent to me. Through no fault of my own, the wrong color sent to me. The company responded to my email to say that the company renames the vendor colors for their own purposes. Keep in mind, the photo posted of the product in the online catalog is drastically different than what was delivered to me. I would not have ordered to Lake Green color top at all had I seen the proper photo. They will not correct their mistake.

      This is the exact item photographed and shown on our website. This is the exact SKU that matches the customers order as well. She is referring to the fact that we describe the item as teal in the product name, we often use a descriptive color that represents what we visually believe the color looks like. Since teal is a green, this is accurate. The customer also got this item for free in a sale. Our policy that the customer agreed to also states: We photograph each item and do our very best to display accurate colors, measurements, and patterns. Items with slight variances will not be considered defective, as each item may be a bit unique in pattern placement or colors.

      The color shown on the photo of the tank top is drastically different then what was received, not to mention the different name for the color.  In order to get a free tank top I had to buy a full price one. So in essence both tank tops were 50% off. I believe the company’s advertising is false and extremely misleading. The color name should remain the same as the vendor names it originally. Why would the company change the color name to reflect something different? I would be happy to accept half of the full price of the tank top to close this out. I will even return in a postage paid envelope provided by the company their lake green, not teal tank top.

      Unfortunately we are not able to guarantee the color resolution or display  on each individuals device or what an item looks like from a natural light photo to indoors we do our best ot represent the actual item in our photgraphy, and we do state this on our website. Unfortunately since the item was free and final sale we are not able to offer a refund.

      That is the same answer they provided last time they responded.

      They need to work toward a resolution instead of continuing to tell me the same thing when they were fraudulent in their advertising of the color of the item.

      Order items off of a face book ad which didn't list no returns, credit only, the items were all returned ***** # **** **** **** **** **** 55) and refused to credit my credit card. After going back and forth via email only, I said then just mail back all the items back to me, if I have credit only, again REFUSED said items already processed per our policy which I don't know what the policy is, and hasn't told me. If I have credit I'm being told by company, BUT THEY CAN'T USE IT ON THESE ITEMS. Will only return 1 of the item to me.
