This top runs small. I returned it in hopes to receive a store credit so that I can re-purchase for ***. But I received an email from CCB stating that this item was a final sale and that I would not receive a store credit or an exchange. I was told that my only two options were to let them keep it so that it could be donated or pay a RIDICULOUS amount of about $14 for them to ship it back.I told them that I didnt agree with that and that all I was asking for was an exchange for a bigger size. The first lady that answered me was extremely uneducated, unprofessional, and after yelling at me, hung up on me. I called back and after I explained to the second associate what had happened, she completely disregarded what I said spoke over me and had absolutely no intention to resolve the issue. I contacted the owner via Instagram as I was told over the phone I couldnt speak with her, but the owner never bothered to reply to my message. After this bad experience, I decided to give them another shot and purchased another top from them and to my surprise it was canceled by CCB. When I reached out to them, they pretty much said that I was banned from ever purchasing from them again. Their excuse was that since I was not satisfied with their service we should part ways! Seriously??? After they humiliated me? I have never ever heard of a company banning someone from their store for calling about an issue. These people lack humility and cannot take take any form of complaint without retaliation. So much for all the verses of the Bible on their products they absolutely do not stand by any of them. In the end, I decided to pay for the shipping back as they refused over and over to either offer me a store credit or a bigger size. Something any store would be willing to do for customer satisfaction. I have been a customer for a while and had never complained to them about anything, and the 1st time I do, this is how I am treated. ***** on the owner for hiding and allowing this

So disappointed with this company. I have been a customer for probably a decade. Bought a $100 coat from them and the zipper is broken let me state that again THE ZIPPER IS BROKEN you sent me a defective product.. they will not give me my money back. All they will give me is store credit I even offered to keep the coat and just reimburse me for the cost of a new zipper. Nope! You just lost a long time customer. How sad! Over a defective product THAT YOU SENT!

I returned a bunch of stuff with an order total of ****** didnt realize it was a buy one get one and sales were final. I received my credit amount in my email which was only *****. I called to find out why the person who helped me was SOOO rude, nasty, spoke over me so I asked for a manager. The manger explained to me about the sale and said I could have my clothes back if I once again paid an amount. I tried telling her how I was treated and she brushed it off like I was NOTHING! I asked her if she could please just send my clothes back and she rudely said once I paid for them! They take out **** everytime you return something and I find it to be terrible customer service that they now will keep what I paid for unless I pay once again! I have spent over ****** with this company and after I was treated just wanted an apology and my clothes back. I was hung up on, tried calling back and was hung up on again! I now have ****** in credit from other sales I returned and dont want anything else from them! They have the WORST customer service and I have never been treated so badly!!!

Great company to deal with. Had an issue and they resolved the issue with expediency. I appreciate the fast free shipping and the friendly customer service.

I absolutely love everything I've ordered from Closet Candy. I've had 1 item over the several I've purchased have an imperfection. I emailed them and sent a photo of the problem (minor, broken button with no replacement) and not only did they tell me to keep it, but they immediately credited me the full amount of that item. They didn't have to. That was above and beyond in my eyes!
