> I spent $1600 for personal training on Sept 29,2023. >The UFC GYM was supposed to provide training sessions with a specific trainer who has left the gym recently. >The UFC GYM has broken their agreement to continue sessions with that specific trainer and refuses to provide a refund for the remaining 13 sessions. >Refuses to provide a cancellation to my membership including my child's membership. >Refused to provide a new copy of contract that states no refunds are given for personal training. >I confirmed in my emailed contract from original and new agreement that there is not a statement or policy that says no refunds are given for personal training. >I was bullied and pressured to train with a different trainer instead of being given a refund. >Owner would not allow me to explain my request and situation as a member of the club. He would raise his voice and talk over me. >I had to leave the UFC gym on Nov 8. Wed 2023 without the requested new and original copy of agreement that they stated has a policy for no refund on personal training and without my request for cancellation to my member and my child's membership being fulfilled. > My account with Citibank ***** was charged and not refunded for the $1,600 personal training with 13 sessions left.Initial Complaint

Just had the absolute worst experience with the staff at the UFC gym - they called me and told me that I had signed up for a 30 day trial when I did not. Then literally called me an a****** when I questioned them on it and told them this sounded like a scam. I guess I was right and they are running a total scam. I called back to speak to an owner. The person on the phone was the same staff member who lied and said she was the owner. When I confronted her about it she said I can say Im whoever I want.I am now in possession of a video proving the employee was nasty and lied to me. Please help me find the owner so I can let them know because Im sure they have no idea.
