I cannot believe how my experience was handled at the store, I was forced to try on my dress when all I wanted to do was pay for it and go. I was told it we HAD to try it on a second time on a different date in order to pay. This is not in the contract. I was told it was necessary, and it was not. The employee told me that "my mom said she wanted me to do it" this is not true, I was speaking to my mom the entire process. I had the contract that I signed sent to me, and everything I was forced to do after I signed the contract was not listed. i.e. try on the dress with an appointment on a weekday to pick up, have an 3rd party alterations appointment to be able to pick up, and the list goes on--it is absurd. I feel taken advantage of and honestly felt harassed in store by this business. They should not be allowed to conduct business this way, with blindsiding demands and employees lying about what was on the contract I signed.
