      They offered us a scam rebate program that sounded too good to be true. Apparently it was. They would not honor it. ****** learned. If it sounds too good to be true it probably is.

      We are a NON-******************* and we had terminated our contract with Titan Alarms back in September of 2015 as we have confirmation with Titan Alarms of termination. Nonetheless, Titan has been charging us services a monthly service, since 2015; in addition to this, we sold the property back in May of 2022. Titan says they have been providing services to us, but how is this, if the company has been abandoned and closed off. This company has factiously been charging us for a Business that has been closed for 2 years and 7 Months. The Business does not belong to us. THIS IS ILLEGAL TO FALSLY CHARGE US EVEN THOUGH THE CONTRACT WAS TERMINATED BY TITAN'S SUPERVISOR SINCE 2015. If you are thinking about signing on with Titan Alarms, I would strongly urge you to think twice about it, otherwise you could be held hostage as we were and end up paying several thousands of dollars against your will and have to spend your time taking them to court to get your money back. IT'S NOT WORTH IT! I would post below a 1-star Review, if offered.

      Dont use Titan Alarm. We have a $0 deductible service plan to fix their equipment and they wont honor it. We have been working with ******, who cited our service plan was only for wear and tear; she was going to help us as we arelong standing customers. Cant get this escalated to a manager as we were told he is on PTO (is there someone above him that can help?). Was also told the technician would let us know the cost of our services before he started work. Tech came and completed work, then told us it will be $200 service fee for the trip they made. ****** and Titan knew we were not open to paying that as it should be covered under our service plan. ****** and Titan also knew we would cancel our services if they planned on charging the $200. They still sent the tech out knowing this and had him do the work. Theyre a shady business that wont hold up their end of the deal. Beware! Before you do business with this company. Integrity is a big deal to us; Titan has seriously missed the *****
