            On May 31st, my ********** came to Express Auto Financing, we had agreed on a car to purchase but as the paperwork began the dealers because more and more suspicious, first with refusing to give a receipt of the down payment as well as telling us we must lie to the finance company about the amount of money given as well as lying to the company about taking the car (the car never left the dealership) the car was left there for a WEEK with promised that major issues with the car would be fixed, I returned a week later yet the car was in similar condition, I refused to take the car and they refused to give me an honest refund of the down payment. THIS PLACE IS A FRAUD, AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP, THEY WILL SCAM YOU!!

            I bought a car at this Place February 2024 / Since Day one I was having lots of problems with the car all the Lights from Service required turn on / I work ************************** to keep going back and forth to them / I was sent back home at all times saying will call me when they have a spare car for me to use ... this never happen/ March 1st I went to the ****** to drop off the car and want my $ back It took me from 9:00-2:00pm to finally get this resolved they gave me part of my $ back and they were supposed to cancel with the finance company named ********* which they did not because the next 2 days I got $ withdrawn from my account for the monthly payment I call the *************** and they said will contact the dillership and in 15 days the $ will be returned which did not happen I call the ****** and they said they are not responsible to cancel / This month ********* is trying to collect $ again and I am getting harrasments from them by text and emails to collect the $ / I call the ****** and no one is available to help me out
