On May 31st, my ********** came to Express Auto Financing, we had agreed on a car to purchase but as the paperwork began the dealers because more and more suspicious, first with refusing to give a receipt of the down payment as well as telling us we must lie to the finance company about the amount of money given as well as lying to the company about taking the car (the car never left the dealership) the car was left there for a WEEK with promised that major issues with the car would be fixed, I returned a week later yet the car was in similar condition, I refused to take the car and they refused to give me an honest refund of the down payment. THIS PLACE IS A FRAUD, AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP, THEY WILL SCAM YOU!!Initial Complaint

We purchased a vehicle at this location on 11/7 a ****** Tacoma. The employees there assured us we were qualified and even provided us doc they gave me a credit for my Durango for 5k and also additional credit of 2k deducting it from the price value of the vehicle which was *****. I also gave 4K down payment and two weeks later they tell me I wasnt approved w the finance company and that they want the vehicle back but are trying to deduct ***** from what I gave them saying its for Miles I have put on the Tacoma and upgrades on Durango which is not acceptable because it was a mistake on their end. I feel harassed and discriminated against because of my status here in the US I used my itin number and they keep threatening me that they will tow the vehicle because I am asking for my full amount back. The manager is so unprofessional and has been throwing every reason of mine out the door on why its not appropriate for them to not give me my full balance back. I did not ask for upgrades on my previous vehicle that should not be my responsibility to pay. Also they had told me they did not even have my Durango anymore that they had sold it and now they do. Also, whatever documents were prepared for the transaction should not come out of my pocket it isnt my responsibility to pay for their mistakes.Initial Complaint

I bought a 2015 Dodge Charger from this dealership , when I first seen it the engine light was on ! I told my sales person ******* that it was on , he then took the car to the back cleared the code and told me nothing was wrong w it ! After finishing the deal , a day later the car starts stalling , so I give the car back ! I asked for my money and my car back and they told me No ! So They hold the charger for 45 days , so the warrant runs out ! They told me to come back in to re sign a contract , the price was more than the first time and they gave me a warranty that doesn't even fix the car ! So now the engine is blown and I haven't even had the car 2 months ! They won't do anything to fix it and everytime I call to tell them they hang up !Initial Complaint

On 2/24/2022 I went to purchase a vehicle with Express Auto Financing LLC. I was told that I was able to use my Employment Verification Letter to go through with the process of getting a vehicle. After review and signing my contract I was told that I only can pay in cash. Which didnt **** on me about anything. After having my vehicle for 2 months. I notice that I havent received my registration paper or my original license plate. So I called and asked about it. They asked for me to stop by the dealership and pick it up. When I got there she said I wouldnt be able to get a original license plate till I give them my paystub. And issued me a second temp license plate. After a few weeks I turned in my paystubs and asked again when will I be receiving my registration and my original license bc its been another ***** from the last. And also I needed to sign another contract that was dated for 2/24/22 instead of 5/19/22. I havent had issues at all making my payments on time. Before signing the second contract with my finance companys name on I asked if I could get a refund. But they told me no. And if I dont like it. I can leave the car and the keys. Im new to ******* but I know the process on things are done when it comes to car dealership. Anyways I sick of all the bs and Im trying to figure out my rights that I have.
