      Trash dealership, shop anywhere else, they sell only lemons and fake promises.

      just bought a range rover evoque from this dealer for my wife couple days later we notice a couple problems 1) gasoline fumes very intense fills up my garage, 2)headligt not working, 3) Air conditoning stinks causing allergy reaction to us so we stop using it when we test drive the car they used some kind of desinfectant spray to temporarly get rid of that problem (hide) ,back up camera blurry talked to ****** ************************* sales person about it he told me service department will take care they call me just one time to ask what issues where with the car and told me we will call you to schedule an appoinment in about one hour, never happened I call ******* back he not even bother to take my call insted he was using text message not very helpful, same with sevice department they text me this, good morning, firstly when you test droven the car it didnt have any isues. I'm sorry service dropped the ball here, luckly you bought a great warranty.the air filter can be done here if you come by. the other issues can be repaired at any certified mechanic. ( I SRONGLY NOT RECOMEND THIS DEALER AT ALL )

      Luxury motor sports had our vehicle in their service department over two months. They had an excuse every time we asked for an estimated time of the work being completed. In the beginning or the first three excuses we may have been able to take but after weeks of little communication and lies from the service customer service rep. it was getting unbearable. We tried with the owner also and got nowhere. Our Thanksgiving plans that had been made in September anticipating our vehicle would be done by then were totally ruined. What the warranty company said should take 24 hrs of shop time took 11 weeks. I am just hoping the work was done right. I want others to know how the service **** is at this company so it doesnt happen to anyone else. Our special needs sons were deprived of their vehicle for all this time. We purchased this vehicle from luxury sports to transport them and their wheelchairs. It has been in the shop half of the time since we bought it. First the transmission and then the motor and there is also another part that needed replacing but they refused to do at their cost. That is our fault we should have insisted on a We owe. Beware, Especially of the service ****! There is one employee that has morals and is caring and he was the sales person. I will never refer any of my friends or relatives to this place for service or to purchase a vehicle. ****** learned!

      ****STAY AWAY FROM THEM****!!!!!!!!!! Bought a 2018 Ram **** on 7/31/21. Upon test driving, the Check Engine light was on, which should have been a red flag from the beginning. I was told they would have the truck looked over by a Ram dealership if I were to purchase. I ended up making the purchase and scheduled the truck to go back on 8/4/21. Between the purchase date and the 8/4 the Low Coolant light came on and the brakes were pretty squeaky. I addressed the issues when I dropped it off and they said they would have it checked out. 8/10/21 I get the truck back. No CEL but Coolant light was still on. They didn't give an explanation other than it probably needs a sensor for the coolant light because the coolant was full but never said they were going to repair the problem. I was informed the brakes were fine (which ended up not being the case). 8/13/21 I was trying to connect the truck to my trailer and the lights were not working on the trailer. just random lights on the trailer worked. Investigated and it ended up being a problem on the truck side. After days of trying to figure this out, problem was the truck needed an entire new fuse box cause this was an electrical issue. I located a whole new one at my local Ram dealer. fixed it myself but costed almost $300. 9/10/21- truck started whistling really loud and losing power. I called Luxury Motorsports for a repair but they could not get the truck in for 3 weeks. This is my work truck so it was important to have this fixed asap! I took the truck to a local shop who was able to get it repaired. My warranty I purchased said they would not cover it because it was not an authorized shop by them to take it too and since my truck was under ******* miles it should have went to a Ram dealer who by the way could not see the truck for 2 weeks. The repair did not last a day. truck started to do the same thing. Took it back where they re-did it for it to only last 6 days. I was then upset at the repair place because I paid a lot of money for no repair essentially. I then talked to another mechanic, I purchased all new parts and had them shipped to my house. He fixed the problem but again, same week it started happening again. truck was running like c*** and no power. Frustrated, I then take it to the Luxury Motorsports where they said they can see the truck in a week. I set the appointment then they said since other people worked on it they did not want to fix it. I explained that this has an underlining issue and something is obviously wrong with the truck. After fighting with them, they agreed to fix it. I was out of work this time for 8 days because I did not have my truck. They did pay for the repair though this time....as they should have anyway in my opinion. Guess what... a few days later the truck did the same thing! I called them immediately and asked if we can just trade it or exchange it or something but they didn't seem to like that idea. They pretty much advised me to take the truck elsewhere for repair. I have a whole lot more to this story but this is just a very short version. OBVIOULSY THIS TRUCK HAS AN ISSUE!! I DO NOT HAVE TIME OR MONEY TO KEEP PUTTING INTO IT! I STARTED A BUSINESS WITH THIS TRUCK AND MY BUSINESS IS FAILING ALL BECAUSE OF THIS C*** TRUCK! I SPENT $74k ON A TRUCK THAT HAS NOT TO THIS DAY 11/23/21 BEEN RUNNING GOOD. I WAS A RETURNING CUSTOMER TOO AND EVEN REFERRED PEOPLE TO YOU GUYS AND THIS IS THE THANKS I GET?? CHECK REVIEWS ON ****** AND EVERYWHERE ELSE BEFORE YOU CONSIDER THIS PLACE! I WISH I WOULD HAVE!!

      I wanted to give 3.5, The system won't let me. READ ON WHY This isn't a 4 star review.HOW DO YOU FEEL WHEN -Go look at a new to you truck (2016 ****** Tundra) noticed during test drive that several things were wrong. No turn signals in front, Battery size wrong, wasnt put in correctly, Ground wire cut. Made notice of these things to dealer. They said we will fix it. Went home with the new truck with the promise of these getting fixed. Next day found out that the **** light wouldnt go off. Thought low tires, aired them up, went to dealer about the tailgate Coming to find out the tailgate lock was broken. Told them about the **** they tried to reset it and said Oh go to Discount Tire theyll reset the sensors. Found out at Discount NO **** sensors on tires. Called dealership next day, talked to ***** and he was not only Rude, Obnoxious, Unprofessional, Arrogant, He even hung up on me AND my mom, stepdad TWICE trying to discuss the ** lemon law and problems! I had studied the ** lemon law for used cars and also ***** law about **** sensors, consulted with 4 ****** dealers if this information was correct that a dealer cannot sell a vehicle with TMPS sensors missing and they all said I was correct. It is tampering with the safety device in the system. To make sure I even called the ***** phone number and talked to a tech which said that is correct. Next day I talked to **** and told him of these problems. He said bring it down. I had an independent inspection done because I wanted to make sure that I wasnt going to get screwed over. Dealing with ***** was enough to make me really dislike this dealership, you know the saying, it only takes ONE bad apple. I went down and took my list from the inspection that was most important, asked **** to have his mechanic go through it, and wed compare notes. What **** did next is what changed everything. Went down the next day after dropping it off for **** to inspect and we talked to him. He said I was correct about the brakes, and he replaced the rotors, put new pads on, fixed the tailgate lock, and put **** sensors on the tires. I didnt expect him to fix the cosmetic stuff, But I had bought a new battery and tie down, along with the ground wire connector and we fixed that. **** is to reimburse me for this. Driving home, the truck braked way better, everything was fixed that I wanted done mechanically. **** really changed things around for me. This was a deal that was about to go sideways with all the issues, along with the bad treatment received by *****.Would I recommend this dealer? Maybe, But I'd be inspecting the vehicle along with taking it to a mechanic for an independent inspection immediately. I cant write everything that was done, I can just tell you my experience and that my Tundra is a lot better. I feel safer in it and I do thank **** for fixing everything. Just know folks, that no one is perfect, we all make mistakes but customers are your bread and butter and the integrity you show them, Will return itself tenfold, and yes it does only take one bad apple to ruin a barrel. I learned a lot myself from this situation and I believe **** did as well.

      This was a very pleasant experience. ***** D was very helpful. We were amazed at how short a time the whole process took. We love our vehicle and highly recommend ***** and the entire staff. This is the second suv we have purchased from her. We follow were she goes.
