      YRC Freight will not give me the product that they were shipping for me and will not allow me to pick it up. They won't return phone calls and tell me numbers from manager that don't answer my calls. There solution is to just wait and they will get back to me but they never do. I had to pay for it to be delivered and they aren't doing it. They also damaged the second delivery that was done through them days before and they tried to redeliver the same damaged product twice. Plus didn't want to let me refuse delivery of the damaged product in the first place.

      I ordered an HVAC system to be shipped from *******, ** to ***********, **.I got a tracking number (PRO#) that shows a delivery date of 10/19/2022 (5 days ago).I have not heard from the shipping company or received any of the equipment.I called, was placed on hold for 23 minutes, then was told "we have to schedule an appointment, please hold".I help for another 13 minutes and the girl came back on the line and said "I cant reach *****, she schedules the appointments, would you like her direct line?" I called ******** went to a hold for another 17 minutes then the auto mated response said "No one is available" This is at 9:30 AM on Monday Oct. 24th......shes the only one doing this job and shes not there?I go back to the website which has a "chat" feature, I select it and it says "no one is available"???WTF people? Tracking says it was supposed to be here 5 days ago and you don't even respond to your customers, tracking is not updated, appointment setters are not at work and "chat" is also not working.

      I ordered a couch from ********************** on 4/9/22. Finally on 5/14, I was told by the trucking broker that delivery would be Monday or Tuesday 5/16 or 5/17. (See texts). It was not delivered until June 2nd. This is because the truck driver apparently went to pickup the couch at least twice and did not know what he was supposed to be picking up, so he didnt pick it **. ** addition, we told them that our apt complex doesnt allow semi trucks. My boyfriend spoke with someone on the phone the day before delivery and reminded them. When they came to deliver, it was one man in a semi truck. My boyfriend helped him carry the couch pieces inside the complex and then the delivery driver left the pieces in the parking lot in 100 degree heat. When asked why he wouldnt bring them up the stairs he stated that this is not part of the delivery and is not covered by his insurance. If no one was home, they would have not delivered it or have left it in the parking lot. The wrapping on the couch was ripped, and when we opened and set up the couch it was torn, bent, wooden supports broken and falling out, the bottom of the couch was punctured, and the arm rests are torn. It is garbage and the delivery was completely unacceptable. The broker stated he would file a report with the company, but when I have reached out since then, he has not responded.

      A driver contracted by YRC freight showed up at my property and asked me how to drive his truck, how to turn around, where drivers turn around etc. I have had multiple deliveries at my property and no driver has had an issue. I specifically told this incompentent driver to not damage my property. I am a teacher and i had to go inside for work and could do watch his exit. Well, he damaged multiple areas of my property. I have spent hours of my own time simply trying to get a resolution for this. Nothing has occurred. I am told the driver needs to submit a claim. I'm not sure how this is a process given its almost been a week. I have submitted a claim on the yrc website and i have been told that is not the process. Sedgwick is there claims center who has done nothing.

      YRC picked up my freight 11/12/21 with an original delivery date of 11/19/21. YRC does not have an email contact to escalate issues, you have to hold for well over 30 minutes to get a representative, whom then told me they couldn't help me figure out why my freight was more than a week late. wehn tracking on the webpage, they have changed my estimated delivery every day since this has shipped. i cannot get an answer.

      I am waiting on a freight shipment from ******* in Indiana. They are trying to send a set of axles to the local RV service company (****** White). The axles were supposed to be delivered over two weeks ago. I checked with ****** White and ******* and the axles have not arrived. They were picked up by YRC Freight and ******* provided a tracking number. When I first checked the tracking number, YRC freight showed the axles were on a trailer in the distribution center in Phoenix. The axles were still not delivered. I checked the tracking number a second time, and it was updated to show "All Short" in the description. I opened a support ticket with YRC freight and the ** person responded with the same status as the tracking number status, with no further explanation. I asked for further explanation, and all I got were excuses:"The tracking you seen yesterday is the terminal had paper work showing it was at our PHOENIX terminal but once they off loaded the trailer the freight was not there. so that makes it a ALL SHORT status - and they need to search for the freight.I do apologize. This shipment is currently showing All Short. This means the freight is missing.""We have been operating at full capacity for several months with excessive amount of freight moving with minimal manpower. We have been seeing delays. We will continue to search for the freight - giving the age of this you are also welcome to open a cargo claim."Tracking number: **********
