In January 2023 I placed a pre-order with Baby Teith. I received an email stating that the order was in production that same month which I was surprised by because this item was not expected to ship until later in the year. On March 23, 2024 I received a notice that my order was cancelled because there was not enough stock to fulfill the order and payment would be refunded. I didn't receive a refund and followed up on April 9th requesting that I be refunded for my cancelled order and did not receive any response. I have since followed up on April 16th and May 9th and have still not been refunded or have received a response from customer service.Initial Complaint

I purchased 2 dresses in August 2023. I finally received 1 dress 5 months later in January ****, however it is different from what was advertised, poor quality, and will not fit. I did not receive the other item I purchased. Ive contact the seller repeatedly through multiple communication channels and they have no responded. I placed an order through BabyTeith's website on February 25, 2023. My order number was *****. The website was deactivated so I can't see the exact amount I spent, but it was over $80 for three onesies. I never received the order or a refund. I emailed the customer service email many times throughout the past year, and either received no response, an automated response, or empty claims that the status of my order would be looked into. I also tried leaving a review, messaging the business on Instagram, and messaging the owner on etsy. It's been almost a year, and I would like my money back. I purchased eight (8) childrens tee shirts from Baby Teith on September 1, 2023. Confirmed order number *****. On September 30, ********************************************** production. Then I noticed on their website they were taking a break so I patiently waited. On Nov 11, 2023 I emailed the customer service address and received an auto reply that indicated a reply would come from them within ***** hours but there was none. I emailed the customer service address again on December 3, 2023 asking for an update on the order and no reply.Initial Complaint

My order from September 1st was never fulfilled. I have reached out over ten times since October via email, direct message on Instagram, and messages via Etsy and have not had a single response. I made an order September 3, 2023. After several weeks of not receiving my order or any response from the company, I contacted my bank for a charge back. My purchase was made through the Shop App. While I have received a refund, the business owner will not cancel my order or respond to my many ****************** This has resulted in delinquent payments for an order I never received on the app which is credit based. She is single handedly ruining my credit. Despicable behavior from this business. Avoid at all costs.Initial Complaint

I still have not received Order #*****, totaling $184.82 nor Order #*****, totaling $90.82. These were orders placed over the summer and still nothing. Placed an order that was supposed to be shipped beginning of October 2023. No order updates or shipment. I have emailed 4 times and have not received a response back. Company doesnt provide any other method to get in touch with them besides email. After researching them more they have the same complaints against them dating back over 4 years.
