    An order was placed and completed for a blazer named "The ************* Leather Varsity Blazer" on January 10, 2024, in the amount of $114.95. A confirmation number #*****, was received. I had not receive my order, so a follow up email was sent on February 27, 2024. I was informed the usual transit timeframe is 2-6 weeks (maximum). The support staff confirmed my order was shipped on January 12th. On April 10, 2024, a second follow up was emailed; at that time, I requested a full refund since the transit timeframe had expired. I was then advise, my order had been "lost in transit." and that a reshipment would be expedited to me. My address was confirmed for reshipment. Another request for the status of my order or a full refund was emailed on May 17, 2024, I had not received the first or second shipment. I was told the second shipment had indeed shipped and was awaiting a tracking number. Once again, I ask for a full refund, to no avail. A forth follow up was emailed on June 5, 2024, no response, no shipment received. A fifth request for a full refund was emailed on yesterday, July 25, 2024. The company has not replied to my emails since June 5, 2024. I advise them a complaint would be filed with you all and my local jurisdiction, because I believe they have scammed me, and I have not received a reply back since. I have attached email correspondence for review.

    Ordered a dress 5/8/24. Notified 5/11/24 that shipment was on its way. Notified 6/18/24 it has been lost in transit. Order cancelled 6/20/24 with SA agreeing to 100% refund. As of today (7/10/24) no refund received and many email responses and excuses but no refund. Stay away from this dishonest and disreputable company.
