I bought a dress from Saint Ashley Formal 'S/A Formal' on March 31st, 2024 (order #*****). I didn't hear anything for months and the event that I bought the dress for had came and went. I asked them where my delivery was and they said it was lost in transit. I asked for a refund but they offered me a gift card. I bought a pair of shoes (order #*****) again and the same thing happened. I asked where my shipment was and they said the order was out of stock...but I had received emails for both the dress and the shoes stating my order was 'on its way'. This company is clearly a scam. I have been trying to get my refund since August 23rd and still have not received it. They said it would take 5-15 business days which now has passed the 15 business day ***** I need help holding this company accountable and getting my full refund.Initial Complaint

March 2024, I ordered a dress from this business hoping to wear it to a school function. The order arrived almost 2 months later and was much smaller than advertised online although the dress looked exactly like picture. I returned the dress the same week when it was delivered and was told that I could receive the dress if I provided the correct measurements, which I did. I was also told that the dress was out of stock. However, I could order another style or use the store's credit to satisfy the transaction, which is what I did immediately. July 7, I ordered a dress #*****. After 30 days and not receiving it, I contacted SA Formal and was told that it was lost and theyd offer a discount and I could place another order.I requested a full refund and was told it was processed. As of today, Ive never received my $139.00 refund. Now the order tracking site has been removed.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with this company on 7/20. The order total was $134.99. I received and email that my order had been delivered via ****** I checked for delivery and did not see. I reached out to ***** with tracking number provided and ***** said that the tracking number was not associated with my name or address. I reached back out to the company and told them, they said sorry for the mix-up and they will get my order to me within 10 days. So I asked for tracking and update. Then ultimately I asked for a refund because they have been giving me the run around. Still no refund. I've called at least 4 times no resolve and emails which I have attached the threads. I think they are fraudulent and sent bogus tracking number and have no intention of refunding me.Initial Complaint

Hello, I placed an online order for SA Formal on May 29th with After Pay for ******. They took all my payments out and I have yet to get the shoes. I have tried to contact the company via telephone and email about 40 times and nothing has been resolved. When I was finally able to reach them via the phone I was told that I would be getting a refund. That was in ***** ** refund yet. I also contacted After Pay and they aren't doing anything either which is weird. I have read the reviews of course after I ordered and It seems to me if they know this company is bad they would not continue to do business for them. I just want my ****** back. I ordered a dress from the company and was told the item had shipped. I did not get the dress within the expected 3 weeks. I contacted the company and was told there was a problem and they would send a new one if I kept the order as well as get a credit to the store for the same amount or they can cancel the order. I offered to keep the order and get the credit. I did not receive the credit nor did I get the dress. I waited several weeks again and then asked for the order to be canceled and to refund me. They stated they would refund me within 10 business days. It has been 3 weeks now and I have not received that refund and have emailed them multiple times for the refund and the emails in response just say it will be processed soon.Initial Complaint

An order was placed and completed for a blazer named "The ************* Leather Varsity Blazer" on January 10, 2024, in the amount of $114.95. A confirmation number #*****, was received. I had not receive my order, so a follow up email was sent on February 27, 2024. I was informed the usual transit timeframe is 2-6 weeks (maximum). The support staff confirmed my order was shipped on January 12th. On April 10, 2024, a second follow up was emailed; at that time, I requested a full refund since the transit timeframe had expired. I was then advise, my order had been "lost in transit." and that a reshipment would be expedited to me. My address was confirmed for reshipment. Another request for the status of my order or a full refund was emailed on May 17, 2024, I had not received the first or second shipment. I was told the second shipment had indeed shipped and was awaiting a tracking number. Once again, I ask for a full refund, to no avail. A forth follow up was emailed on June 5, 2024, no response, no shipment received. A fifth request for a full refund was emailed on yesterday, July 25, 2024. The company has not replied to my emails since June 5, 2024. I advise them a complaint would be filed with you all and my local jurisdiction, because I believe they have scammed me, and I have not received a reply back since. I originally ordered a dress in January and after many months and my calling in I was told the package was lost in transit. Instead of refunding my money, the business offered me a gift card that could only be used on their website to purchase another product. I placed that order in April and, again, never received it. I called numerous times and their third party company that answers their phone said they would send me a refund, but it would take 7-10 business days. This began in early June- after 10 days I would again call the number and they would give me a canned reply as to why the refund had not been sent and assured me my issue would be escalated and I would receive a call back in two days. No one has ever called me and I had to call five more times. Yesterday I received an email that because it was over ****************************************************************** Mine is one of HUNDREDS of similar stories from people who have tried to order from this site. ****************************************************************************************************************************************************** ************************************************************** ****************************************************************************** ******************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** This site is a true scam and I am asking you to do accept them as a business because it only continues to happen. Finally, the exact clothing they offer is on other sites like AliExpress for a fraction of the price, and at least those sites actually provide a refund if your item does not arrive.
