I placed two orders from this company. One in September 2023 and one on November 2023. I received emails that they are preparing the orders for shipping. They issued a tracking number but never gave the packages to ***** I received an email from them confirming my orders and saying they sent them soon. That was the last time I heard from them. I have been emailing them but no response. The got the money and they havent shipped the products. This is theft. They dont care about their customers. This company needs to be audited by the appropriate agency so people will not get scammed again. Worse company in the **. Stay away!!!Initial Complaint

I placed an order on 9/29/2023. Received an order update on 12/19/2024 stating my order was shipped. Received a tracking number showing a label has been created; however, the order still has not been given to the post office for delivery. I placed an order on 10/27/2023. Received an order update on 11/15/2023 stating my order would be shipped by the first week of December, if not sooner. Received a tracking number on 12/6, showing a label has been created; however, the order still has not been given to the post office for delivery. I sent an email on 12/8, asking when the order would actually be shipped, and have not received a response to date. I did not want to submit a complaint here, but I dont know what else to do at this point. I just need my order, or a refund in a timely manner.Business response

Better Business Bureau,After the business stated multiple times the order would be shipped or had already shipped, it was not. In response, I filed a complaint with PayPal and was issued a refund through PayPal. This complaint can be closed. Thank you

This person is 100% finesseing people. There is a reason the page is private and the comments are turned off. I hate to write this because I want to support black business but at this point he is a theif. No matter the circumstances he is taking money and not sending the products. Thats stealing. In March 31st 2023 I placed an order for par of shorts I wanted to gift my friend for her birthday that was a month away. Shipping on the website said 3-5 weeks. Some weeks pass and I email him asking about my order on April 26 2023. I was worried because I never received a confirmation email just a email receipt with very little information on it. They email me back two days later saying please expect your order no later than the 3rd week of May thats past 3-5 weeks and past my friends birthday but whatever I just want the shorts. Of course the 3rd week of May comes and goes. I email again on June 6th saying exactly that. I get an email response saying my tracking # is coming next week allow **** days once tracking is delivered. At this point I dont trust them but they are still replying so I wait. You guessed it! The tracking # was never sent and the item never arrived. I email again June 23rd 2023. Im frustrated Ive been lied to and stolen from so I send a snippy email essentially saying stoping lying, give me a real date I will receive my item or give me a refund. No response. I email in July- no response. I email is August - no response. 5 months for a pair of 100 dollar shorts. At this point all I want is a refund and to never give this person business again. Oh! And the endless email promotions coming in advertising new items?? Completely wild. This person is taking money for goods they will not be sending. Only 6 complaints on here that I can see. I WILL find the rest of us because I know there has to be hundreds if not thousands more people that have been scammed by this business.Business response

Sure, I was issued refund NOW that I have filed a public complaint. 5 months AFTER I placed my order and 2.5 months of being straight up ignored. I stand by what I said. I dont believe a single thing they said to me when they anonymously called me THREE times in the early morning and text me 5+ times. offering me a promcode to order again LOL. And the final text asking me to take my review down lol again. I dont know if its extremely unorganized business practices or straight up scammin but either way its not ok.

I placed an order with this horrible business on July 20, 2023. Before I even placed an order I reached out to someone on their Instagram business page @Shopusvsthem_ which they have now deleted their page because they take people's money. I asked them how long would shipping be someone told me that shipping time is under each item! It said to ship the 2nd week of August 2023 if not sooner! I said ok it will be here in time to be a gift for someones birthday. So I placed my order. No one reached out about any updates or shipping delays on orders. So I emailed the business the 2nd week of August on 8-11-23 asking about my order. Someone tells me all orders are on hold because theyre waiting to move into their new warehouse. That was nowhere on the website to wait until they moved in. I was so upset because I thought I would have the perfect gift for a birthday present here it is that Im not receiving the gift or my money back. I have reached out to this company over and over again about my order or my money back no one responded. I hope this business never makes another dollar stealing people. I will do everything to get it shut down! It's been 1 month and a few weeks I still haven't received my order.Business response

On April 8 and April 16, 2023 I purchased one sweater on each day. Each sweater was $270USD. After 5-7 weeks I did not receive my items ***** nimbers ***** and *****.or my tracking numbers. After reaching out to the company via email ,phone and Instagram they said there was a delay and they'd be shipping out my products soon. More weeks had gone by I reached out again they said they had a problem with my shipping address so I gave an alternate address still 2 weeks later nothing. After reaching out again they said they'd be canceling my order because it was too much hassle. They said I'd receive a full refund in 30 days and I haven't received anything. Since then I called and provided my order numbers and he hung up on me and ignored my calls since then. The website is up but there are currently no items to view or purchase and they've ignored my emails and Instagram messages. Furthermore on my order confirmation the sweaters are the same price but for one order they are saying theyre going to regund less. I just want my money back.Initial Complaint

I ordered a shirt on April 16, 2023. Was supposed to be shipped in 5 weeks. On June 17th I was sent an email with a tracking number saying it was shipped. When I checked the tracking number, it said no label has been created. So I text him on June 29th asking when the item was shipped. He responded and said that the item was no longer available and that he would refund me. Ironically the day after he cancelled my order, he was posting new items on social media and his website and the item he said was out of order, was listed on the website. I still have not gotten the refund. I sent him an email a few days ago asking when I would receive the refund. He responded and said: the ***** was taken from his account and that they did their part in issuing the refund. He also said that I can file a dispute. He then followed up with another email the same day saying that he could remake the item if I wanted. I sent another email asking for the exact date that they issued the refund. It should not take this long to refund me the amount. I would like the refund to be issued as this has been extremely frustrating and very poor business.Business response

I placed an order 154-5515 of $75 on 5/21/23 and another order 1065-6970 for $400 on 5/31/23. Both orders had a total of 4 items. I was told that my order would ship in 5 to 7 weeks. After not getting any response via email I reached out to their instagram. I was told to use code teampromo to reorder my stuff but when I put the code it onky took off for one items. Id like my items if I can get them if not Id like a refund back to my card used.Business response
