I placed an order on February 3rd it is now September 5th and I have not received tracking or my item. I have tried emailing, DMing, and commenting multiple times to try to get an answer and nothing! They have answered Twice once saying my item was on back order and it should be shipped in 3 weeks the other that they hired a new company to handle shipments and to be patient. They continue to post on instagram showing celebrities receiving their orders, but thats it. Ive seen people try to comment on their posts about not receiving tracking or their orders months after purchasing. They delete comments pertaining to missing orders or delete the post itself and then limit the comments again. This is ridiculous! Where is the integrity? They basically steal from you because you cant get in touch with them to receive a refund. Im and disappointed that I will not get my money back and that they simply dont care unless youre celebrity.Review from Dante F

I can't advocate anyone to buy from this business. I placed an order on their website back in March 16th. At the time, they said it would take 7-21 business days to fulfill. I emailed them on April 24, April 26th and May 2nd asking for an update. No response from the seller. Yet, I am still on their email marketing list. If you contact their customer service email, you get a bounce back message that says the address not found. Your message wasnt delivered to [their email] because the address couldnt be found, or is unable to receive email.I also contacted via their IG DMs on May 2nd, May 6th and May 11th. They finally responded on May 11th not with an update on my order, but with an option to either fulfill my order or credit for the total amount spent + $50 credit. When I asked when my order would be fulfilled, they simply sent me a credit code (which doesnt even work on their website).Stay very far away from this site. Not a legit company.Review from Bill P

I placed two orders one in September and one in November 2023. I have probably emailed them over 10 times with no response. Still waiting for an update or refund. I received one email months ago asking me to verify the orders. After that no response, nothing. Very unprofessional company. I am going to dispute the charges because I think they dont care about their customers. Worst company to deal with ever. Worst customer service. Avoid at all costs.Review from Dewayne W

I decided to buy the sweats off their website because of an influencer and it had been since May 18th. I have not received an order number or any kind of eta on when I would receive these pants. I was only responded to once and have not been since I contacted. No updates received but the website and instagram is **************** new items.
