      We bought a shirt for my daughter over 6 months ago. We have moved homes, and I need to change addresses. Your website lists no way of contacting you. All links to social media are non-existent. I have tried to ****** search phone numbers or find you on my own to update a new shipping address, but there is no way to contact you. You have only provided a physical address which comes up as a home on the internet. I am not going to someone's home. Two things: I would like to know the status of my order. I would like to update where it is shipped. Please reach out to me via email or by phone.

      I purchased 7 shirts from this company stating 11/9/22 and thrr we last was 3/19/23. Every time Id ask for a status they would reply a fee more weeks. I finally asked for a refund and all conversations with the company ceased. I have attempted over and over again with no success. Since the transactions are over 180 days I cannot file a dispute. The company made me pre pay $170 for each shirt in agreement to have the shirt within 24 weeks. The owner is continuing making shirts for resale for businesses but not for the direct sales yo individual customers like myself. I just want an honest refund $1,070

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

      I purchased a shirt from thunderbird Brand December 2022 I was told there would be a 28 week wait which is normal, so when the 28 weeks was past I contacted them and they said it would be another 6-8 weeks because they were behind. I contacted them after that time period and now there is no response. All I want is a refund and for this to not happen to anyone else. Unfortunately there is a lot of people in the same boat.

      I placed an order with this company on October 14, 2022 for a custom made shirt. At the time of the order, I was told the turn around time was 24 weeks due to COVID and supply chain issues. I accepted that and moved on with my order because I knew many people and businesses were still having issues. However, now it has been over a year since I have placed the order and I have still not received the item that I purchased. Myself, and my sister have reached out in regards to the shirt that was ordered and have been given every answer under the sun except for tracking information or the actual product. I understand that Thunderbird Brands considers themselves a small business, but at this point it is absolutely ridiculous. I have attached photos of me trying to get information from them regarding the product for the past 4 months. Back in June we were told that the shirt was in production and would be mailed out asap. When I reached out in July asking if the shirt was in fact in production, I did not get a response until August 2nd stating that it was in production but not completely finished. This shirt was a birthday present for my sister and this has been entirely too long of a time to not receive any kind of information regarding my order other than "Its in production". They now have someone new answering their messages that does not in fact know anything about the orders and cannot actually answer the questions regarding orders. She is just there so that messages do not go "unread". I would like to report them for bad business practices. I would also request that I receive the shirt I ordered and a full refund for the item.
