****** ********* is our account manager and has done an exceptional job helping us with the decision to in invest in Gold through ITM. He's patience and clear concise explanation of the options available to us has been greatly appreciated. He lead us step by step through the process and made sure we understood each step clearly. He has kept in touch through e-mails and phone calls to advise us of need to know changes in the *************** world. He has become more than a account manager as we consider him truly a friend who cares about us and our future. We believe he would, without a doubt do the same for others. I have worked with ITM Trading in the past on a number of orders as they are very knowledgeable, trustworthy, and have plans in place to meet your objectives. The product comes as stated. Our Sr. ******** ******, was especially helpful to one of my family members who was a first time PM purchaser. He explained things in simple terms and answered all questions to our satisfaction. ***********************, Senior Analyst was awesome in helping us as a 1st time precious metals buyers and especially as we are nearing retirement and what to do. All the many hours she spent making sure we understood what she was telling us and walking us through the education of buying gold and silver and the how to preserve our wealth. *****************************, Analyst at ITM Trading is an incredible teacher with patience to answer multiple questions ( and sometimes twice or 3 times). He calculated his suggestions based on our questions, concerns, goals, desires and amounts we considered investing. After the initial decision I had a little concern on the investing amount and he assured and rested my concerns by readjusting things . He didn't push at all and I find a great level of trust through his knowledge and methods of conveying it all along with a care for our wellbeing. I'm grateful to have been referred to him.
