I have not received any magazines from *** in over a year and yet I keep receiving bills for payments and was even turned into a collection agency. Attempted to contact *** and only get a lengthy recording without being able to talk to a person, continued recording. Attempted to use their e-mail at ********************* and there's nothing available to access any information. Want these harassing bills to stop. At one point I was receiving a magazine and when the subscription period ended, I never renewed. The *** I am receiving statements from is located at **** **********************************************. Their phone number is **************. I want these harassing statements to stop.

      Hello ************,

I am writing in regards to complaint #******** that you filed with the Better Business Bureau.  I have updated the account and have canceled all future offers (never a bill) to be mailed to you.  If you had anything that went to a collections agency, it would not have been through our company.  We mail out offers (that state on the bottom that it is not a bill) and only fulfill subscriptions upon receipt of payment.  I apologize for any confusion that our offer *** have caused.

I hope this information has been helpful and that this resolution is satisfactory to you.  You can always email us at ********************* if you have further questions or concerns.

I responded to a PEOPLE's magazine offer of 1 year for $64.00. I mailed a check (#****) for the $64.00 on 6/6/22 and the check has cleared my bank. A few days later, I got an offer for $66 which I discarded because I had already signed up and PAID for the one year subscription. Now, today in my mailbox is a **** for $178.21. I don't know what is going on.....but I can assure you I don't owe you $178.21!!!! Efforts to talk to someone at the number on the **** were not successful, so I am resorting to this communication.I do NOT owe $178.21!*************************
