This place is full of lies. Do not trust them! Money was never an issue, clearly since we spent $300 more elsewhere. When I showed up, **** overheard me asking for my wheels and tires back and you turned around and said wait, whats going on? You did NOT ask me if I needed anything, what a liar! Youre right on one thing, they were very custom, a no name brand wheel with your plan of using an old hub and powder coating it because you couldnt get a full set you even said yourself, its the back, you dont really see it anyways. I came in on Wednesday, you said it would take a day to complete once you had the wheels and they overnight them from Vegas if thats the case Id have the wheels by Friday. When I called Saturday morning asking for an update on when the wheels would arrive your response was whenever they get here. They were never in transit and probably still arent. Disappointing that so called businesses like this exist. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Brought in my old dirt bike wheels to get new tires installed on them. When I arrived I was told the wheels I had were cracked and needed a new bearing. **** recommended getting a new complete tire and wheel set, he said he could order them and they would arrive next day due to MX CHAMP warehouse being in Vegas. **** said it would be a day or two job. Fast forward to the next day or two, no updates yet so I had to call in and was told they werent even ordered yet. When asking when the wheels would be there, **** said whenever they get here. Ultimately decided on driving back over to MotoTire to get my wheels that have just been sitting there for 4 days apparently **** was going to use some parts off of my old wheels on the new set I was buying LOL! I show up and immediately **** was furious that I no longer wanted to do business there, he said he now has to eat the cost for the junk wheels he supposedly just ordered that day for me (what a coincidence). He brought my wheels back out to me swearing and screaming at me to take my s (derogatory) and get off his property and that Im no longer welcome there. I was going to spend close to $1,300 on some no name brand wheel and tire with a business who has no place being in business. Spoke to several friends and family members about my experience and they agreed that the service I received is common for MotoTire. Just spent $1,300 somewhere else on a complete wheel and tire set made by a high end wheel manufacturer where they treated me with respect and are not putting old wheel components on them.
