  On October 14th I walked in store number ****, *****************************************************. I waited in line for about 3 people until it was my turn. I was greeted by ******** who titles herself store manager. I asked for a game iced donut. The associate then asked me to repeat myself. I again asked. The associate then responds he can come in here with his ID. I was confused at what was going on. I again asked for my product that I needed behind the counter. She grins while again telling me if I want it I need to tell him to come in. I immediately get defensive questioning who he is?! The associate rolls her eyes tells me she is second hand selling or I am not sure what the correct term is. She ignores me moves to the self checkout counter and proceeds to help the next customer. I stood my place continuously questioning why I at ************************************************************ The associate again grins saying she cannot sale to me. I asked her who she was talking about and explained many cigarettes and tabaco products are popular and bought by many. At this point Im assuming she assumed I was with someone who she had a previous encounter with. So not only is she refusing sale for no reason she is profiling me and implying the customer is a liar! I am infuriated at the fact that I did not get the service I deserved. I was profiled, discriminated against and embarres in front of multiple other customers. I in fact got so upset I called the associate of her name to which she says now I wont sale it because you called me out my name. Is she implying she is in power and this is to be malicious. I after consistently asked for a distract manager or owner of the location and both Camellia and the other attendant working said they did not know who the main manager is and they did not know the names to any others in charge. After demanding at least a first name the 2nd attendant provided the names ****** and **** as the other store managers. The manager ******** made me feel extremely uncomfortable, embarrassed, angry. I left multiple reviews across platforms because of how upset the situation made me. I will never stop at this location or any others because of how strongly I felt put against a wall. I am not under age nor am I buying products for any under age humane. I was simply going into buy my self products that I always buy. Something that could have been a simple transition turned into a power trip for Camellia. Not only did she argue back but to make me a liar and use her power to belittle a customer is not someone Id think should represent a store. I hope this employees future with the company is reconsidered. Thank you for taking your time to read. I hope the proper actions will be taken. I have not been contacted by the store.
