I put over half down for my new countertops, and this company has pushed my install date for two months and now will not communicate anymore with me. I want my money back and to be done with this company. If you read their other review on ******* they have had the same problem with this company taking people's money and never installing the work.Business response

Hi, my name is *********************. My company name is AZ Granite Makeover. This particular customer was not a customer of mine ever. He was apparently a customer of ******************************************************************** and that company name. The Arizona is totally spelled out. I cannot do anything for this customer as I am not legally attached to this complaint, if they want to pur*** this, I am more than happy to *** them for legally damaging my name. As I stated again, I have nothing to do with Arizona Granite Makeover. The name is spelled different. It is a different company that phone number has never been associated with me I have not personally done any granite Fabrication or selling under my company name in about 10 years so please cancel this out of my system as I have nothing to do with it and can do nothing about it. You need to contact the owners of Arizona Granite Makeover and it needs to be spelled out. You can look it up under the Arizona corporation commission and see who the owner is that has nothing to do with me. Thank you very much.Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
